I’ve made them a few times since, pigs in blankets like these are far too good only at Christmas time! Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it and the others on my channel.
Thank you Ray! Totally agree (I follow her too), it’s a shame @wellnessblanket has covid, I too was looking forward to another video. Let’s hope she gets over it soon! Merry Christmas and happy new year. Cheers. Neil
Thanks for checking out my videos. That’s an awesome present to get someone. Your brother is very lucky. Hope you both have fun using the Kelly Kettle. Merry Christmas. Cheers. Neil
Thank you! Was quite keen to get another video out before Christmas and can’t get much more Christmassy than pigs in blankets. Hope you have a good one! Cheers. Neil
@@parkitpitchitmoorit Yes they are, but not the advanced version with Brie and cranberry sauce. I have never tasted cranberry sauce. 😊Over Christmas I will be making pigs in blankets with my two granddaughters up in the mountains at my cabin. Using my Kelly Kettle Scout. I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 😊👍
That was another great recipe. I'll be making those in the coming week. I always make homemade cranberry sauce for the holidays and a recipe makes several cups of sauce. So we end up putting the leftover sauce on sandwiches for a week or two. This was a brilliant idea and I even have extra brie. 😋 Its amazing what can be cooked with such a small kit, isn't it? I'm looking forward to giving ours a try. 👍
I’ve only ever had homemade cranberry sauce once, was so much better! It’s a lot of fun seeing what’s possible, in theory if you can control the fire (which is half the fun 🔥😊) there’s nothing you couldn’t do at home on a single gas / electric ring. Seems like the only limitation is my imagination.
@@parkitpitchitmoorit your imagination looks fine to me! I tend to get stuck making the same old things over and over. And its mostly boring dishes that I've made for years 🤷♀️🤣
@@parkitpitchitmoorit oh its super easy to make cranberry sauce of you've never made it before. Just cranberries, sugar and some water. The cranberries have loads of natural pectin and they just thicken up and jell on their own. After you've made one basic batch and see how it works you can start adding ingredients like orange zest/peel, nuts or dried fruits lots of possibilities.
@@gidget8717 thank you ☺️. I’m sure you’ll have fun trying new things or at the very least try old recipes with a new way of cooking when your kit arrives.
Hi. Thanks for checking out my deluxe pigs in blankets recipe! I’ve had that knife for over thirty years! It doesn’t say on it but having measured the blade and checked against their website and can confirm it’s a number 12. It has a 12cm blade and is the biggest carbon steel pocket knife they make (there is a 22cm stainless blade “pocket” knife but my pockets aren’t that deep 😂)
I've become a Kelly Kettle user, but I don't have anyone around me who has one, so your videos are very helpful. thank you.
That’s great that you have a KK. Hope you have lots of fun using it, so glad you’re finding my videos useful! Thanks for watching 👍🏻
Really liking the content of your channel well done.
Thank you Graham. I really appreciate it 😊
Man I wish I could still eat like that. Made my mouth water. Cool cool system too. Well done mate.
Thank you. Yeah, I do like the Kelly Kettle! And I’ve made those pigs and blankets a couple of times since, very tasty 😋

Merry Christmas from Norway! ☃❄🎄
Merry Christmas to you too! Always nice to know where I’m being watched from! Are pigs in blankets at favourite in Norway too?

Was it cooked up in Bosham Harbour?
Close! Was in the Fishbourne Channel. Beautiful area isn’t it!?
