In terms of everyday performance, this pixel feels identical to the 15 pro max. As far as opening apps, and all that shit, you will not see a difference. As long as Pixel series dont have network, battery or heating issues and they fix their portrait problem...pixel can be a viable option for people who are looking for alternates from Apple or Sammy. If performance is a priority, then it makes more sense to buy an IQOO or an ASUS ROG device, but both come with their own limitations.

In photos pixel straight up kills both and also in videos it improved a lot... by a lot means, it is comparable to iPhone 15 pro. In real life you can not see any noticeable performance difference. Samsung is way cooler and allrounder phone, iPhone stays hot if you use videos and photos.

A lot of the current problems with Google Pixels show up on close up pictures of objects so was hoping someone could compare that with the iPhone.

Gaming, which 95% of users don't do anyway, isn't the only aspect of performance. I personally cannot tell the difference between my Pixel 8 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro when using them on a regular basis. *Google actually accomplished a great deal, surpassing iPhones in videos in many cases even though it's via video boost.* Many Android phones, particularly Chinese OEMs, age poorly due to poor optimisation, a terrible UI and software experience, and many even downgrade/cripple the cameras following updates. On the other hand, Pixels continue to improve with their new feature drops. Google gives the necessary polish to the user experience and software, which was lacking on the Android side. Tbh, the new enhanced thermals, modem, design, and display all look promising. Lastly, I believe skin tones are a tricky subject. I absolutely dislike the selfies from my iphone. I got the pixel 9 for free with a trade in of an s22 it's a solid phone that runs cooler then the a22 and the battery is lasing me 7 hours of screen on time. Don't buy it. It's actually a good overall device but doesn't Excel in anything. Battery life is decent not great. Not at all good cameras, longevity is usually good with POCO as far as my experience. Yeah in terms of storage you get a lot in less amount but still.
I am having nothing phone 2 and its camera is amazing. Also supports LHDC and LDAC both. Snap 8 gen 1 close to pixel one. Its android experience is the cleanest ever ❤

I think it turned out better than I expected, it bodes well for the 10 which hopefully has everything we want. New main sensor and UFS 4 + Qi2 with a competitive SOC performance and battery wise vs Samsung's.

So antutu numbers and benchmarks mean nothing compared to real world performance

Why no reviewer talks about the washed off dull display which is present in Pixel 9 as well as per the incoming reddit reports. I had the same problem in Pixel 8 and returned it for Pixel 6A. The Pixel 8 and Pixel 9 display when indoors with brightness levels less than 60 percent looks super washed out colors. And please do not dismiss it calling is real world color reproduction which is not.

Hi Ershad... Are the photos on pixel taken in auto mode or manual mode. I assume google got the pro control features now

I got the pixel 9 for free with a trade in of an s22 it's a solid phone that runs cooler then the a22 and the battery is lasing me 7 hours of screen on time. The speakers are really nice and the phone feels like its price suggests. Is it the best phone out there...no not at all but for 98% of us it's good.

Don't buy it. It's actually a good overall device but doesn't Excel in anything. Battery life is decent not great. Not at all good cameras, longevity is usually good with POCO as far as my experience. Yeah in terms of storage you get a lot in less amount but still.

pixel 2 lineup was the best google ever made. dont get me wrong, 8/9 is much better, its just that it was the time when google decimated competition with night sight, single lens portrait. now it just falls behind competition. i also have pixel phone but i'm pissed off with google for not bringing the"US exclusive " features to india . its such a shame. call screening is so useful,hold for me. yes that point about optical sensor for measuring depth, something like lidar is much useful for measuring depth tahn useless thermometer.

Reviews needs to start rating performance of a phone based on different use case or day to day practicality not on some benchmark. I truly believe that 90 percent of iPhone 15 pro users don't even use 50 percent of iPhone 15 pro performance capability.
Why don't google just collab with snapdragon for their tensor chipset, if they do it would have been no brainer, in next pixel a physical telephoto sensor, latest UFS storage & tensor G5 on snapdragon architecture would be unbeatable 🔥

Have you seen the heavy work load video the snapdragon overheats and cannont compelte it over the 30 mins, apple fram rdtes drops to a point where the game is unplayable at some poinfsand is less bright. The pixel doesnt screen share as well as iphone but completes the entire task with the higher resolution brighter screen and less frame drops. So antutu numbers and benchmarks mean nothing compared to real world performance

Why no reviewer talks about the washed off dull display which is present in Pixel 9 as well as per the incoming reddit reports. I had the same problem in Pixel 8 and returned it for Pixel 6A. The Pixel 8 and Pixel 9 display when indoors with brightness levels less than 60 percent looks super washed out colors. And please do not dismiss it calling is real world color reproduction which is not.
