We're comparing the Ford Expedition, the GMC Yukon Denali, the Toyota Sequoia and finally the Jeep Wagoneer. Which one is best?

Just try to put sheets of plywood in them and see what happens. We have a 2019 Ford Expedition Limited and my wife is a house project manager and she uses our Expedition carrying supplies everywhere she goes. The gas mileage is awesome, quiet inside and comfort for a large family. I really liked your review on what's out there now...crazy how high prices they are now days. : ) Again great job on the review.

I agree with you. Ford Expedition ;) I prefer the Timberline for the ride with the softer progressive shocks and 18" wheels.
The Ford is also comes with the most standard features. GM Super Cruise has not been available on anything but a $125k Escalade . Jeep only offers hands free driving on $100k plus models in the Grand Wagoneer top end models. The Ford Expedition Platinum comes loaded for $10K less than any other competitors in its class.
Where was the best seller Tahoe? Now that’s an suv that is everywhere lol

The Denali Ultimate is overpriced! There’s no rear ventilated seats, and you can get that in a Telluride which a class down from the Yukon.
Toyota must make a extended wheel base non hybrid Sequoia with air suspension !!!
Agree, we need a Sequoia L or Sequoia Ext or something like that with a nice V8 in there.

True, But the Wagoneer Equivalent is the Loaded Grand Wagoneer that would be $120k . Maybe they had a $100k Ceiling ?

the ford is the max so of course it gives u a larger window than the yukon thats the non xl vs the expedition max thats a little unfair to say cuz had that been the xl the yukon would blow all of these in any trim at any price point out of the water hands down... same goes for the yukons siblings cuz their all roughly the same

I’d say look for a used GM suv. However, another good way to get ideas is to take a drive and note what people are driving. In my case, I had an 08 Denali up to 270k miles and see the 07-12 model abundantly on the road still, 16 years later. Really depends on what you like personally between models, but for longevity, GM pretty much runs the class.
The new Duramax with the Denali cures those economy negatives.

@@TomazHilton Haven't read about any additional maintenance required for the baby Duramax vs a GM V8, and if doesn't drink Def (which is cheap). Diesel is more expensive seasonally in the north due to competition at the refinery with fuel oil, but here in the south it's only 15% or so more expensive than regular, and about the same as hi test. So I'm not seeing the cost penalty in my case versus the fuel economy pay off.

The full review article on AutoGuide.com has a spec chart. The Wagoneer does beat the Yukon Denali in terms of fuel economy.
Wagoneers ancient 5.7 hemi beats the Denali. And the new S/O Inline 6 is even better. 420hp 468lbft up to 24mpg
The 2023 Wagoneer L i6 twin turbo destroys all of these vehicles in every single category.
timeline 2:34...diving on breaking...IF it was towing, and even close to its max as you are worried, the forward dive on breaking would end.....

Wagoneer is definitely the wrong choice. Its so ugly on the exterior! The Yukon denali ultimate is by far the best choice having the best exterior design and elegant interior with several tech features and quite spacious. Some even say its even better than the escalade!!

You can fit 3 or more kids in the backseat of a 90s corolla. Could pick one up for a fraction of the price and save thousands on fuel.@@jconnway
Ride one for a long trip and you will change your mind immediately. Changed mine after l ended up with one from a rental just by accident.
We have 4 sons (2 of which are over 6’ and still in high school!) and live on a farm. The need to move all 6 of us and tow a trailer means we need one of these “obnoxious boats”.
How does one have a comparison of large SUVs and not include the Tahoe or Suburban?!? Those Chevies have most of the capabilities of the Denali but can be had at a lower price for those who don't need the luxury. That's the whole point of them versus their most expensive GMC cousins. Wow, talk about dropping the ball.

Background sound is nasty!! Almost sound like someone is running a water in the bathroom and I was pausing to figure where the sound was coming from and realized it’s YOUR video. I can’t stand it!!
I mean this is just a bad test. Why is the Ford the only extended sized option and why is the Yukon in this line up and not the Tahoe. If price is an issue then just step down to the tahoe and get an SUV that is 95% of the yukon at a lower price. Price is also a negligible factor when you are talking about top dog body on frame SUVs. In five years when its paid off you are not going to care about the price but the ride quality and space will still be bothering you.

I rented a wagoneer for a family trip. It was horrendous. Yea it had trunk space. But it drove like crap and the interior is all cheap plastic.
😮 The one you had probably had an issue. Test drive one with the adjustable air suspension and if you can, the GRAND Wagoneer.
you have top Trims then you have a Wagoneer, not a Grand Wagoneer? You have lost all credibility.
Thanks for watching. As the more luxurious version compared to the Wagoneer, the Grand Wagoneer competes with the other SUV's fancier siblings: the Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, and Lexus LX.

Very dangerous for anybody outside this cars such as pedestrians cyclists and small children who are invissable for 20 to 30 feet in front of these cars.

The toyota display sucks. My sister inlaw has the top end and it is near the worst ibe used in a car. And im talking user experience, usefulness, and intuitiveness.
You really get to see how beautifully designed and MASCULINE the GMC is when you line it side by side with other comparable SUVs....it looks extremely good....The other SUVs look like soccer mom MALL CRAWLER vehicles but the GMC looks menacing with a no nonsense look.
You’ll have plenty of time to admire it while you’re sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck 😂😂😂

Keep telling yourself that when you are speaking of large sport utility vehicles. I will grant you there are wonderful European sedans and sports car, but for big body on frame SUV’s the American brands know how to do it.

For this comparison, we were focusing on full-size, three-row, body-on-frame SUVs. None are currently sold in North America from European manufacturers other than the Mercedes-Benz G-Class which doesn't have a third row or fit in the price range.

When you guys make this video this would make if you are car fan what makes you have to disagree with you guys as as reviewers because you're testing a Capstone Sequoia why did you not go get a series 3 Wagoneer that's a direct comparison you're not doing a direct comparison so none of these things that you're saying make any sense or are actually true compare apples to apples you're not doing that and the people watching this video whatever this is not a good comparison because also in the regular length Wagoneer you can get the three liter v6 you can order it that way so you're not doing a true comparison
