I tried everything you said but nothing worked. My solution was go to Device Manager, Bluetooth, and remove all driver controllers. Then Windows update to correct version for my PC. Now the Xbox One Controller appear immediately on Bluetooth search and I can add to PC.

For future reference to anyone who reads this. You will need the correct cord. I believe it’s USB-C to USB. USB-C to USB-C did not work for me on my PC

@@mukagedek4010 no problem so far. Definitely I can suggest that controller for pc gaming, most of the games have controller support, hence no need for 3rd party software. I also have ps4 Dualshock gamepad and I never use it once I received my Xbox controller :)
You rule, i got an old OG xbox one controller, that still works great. It is nearly 6 years or whatever old. So I am happy it even works. Just didnt wanna toss it out since dont work for newer Xbox. You rule for this video thanks so much. It works =D
DOwnloading the Xbox Accessories app is what finally got mine to connect. I think mine was a new xbox controller, but it was blinking and connecting and disconnecting over and over. but wouldnt stay. Soon as i opened that xbox app it immdiately connected. Lmao thank god, i thouht i had to own an xbox to like, get the controller registered or something before i could use it. xD
