My controller connected, but when i tried going on to minecraft it wouldn’t move. It was completely fine selecting and moving around in settings but in the game the only way to select things or move was with the mousepad. Any tips?

For those who are interested in buying one; Seagate is more expensive Western Digital is more affordable 512GB: I wouldn't recommend this AT ALL since it costs almost as much as the 1TB version. If you ONLY play light games like Minecraft, Roblox, Terraria, or any backwards capable game... This option won't be so bad 1TB: Good balance between affordability and value... Grab this one if you only play a decent handful of games 2TB: This might be slightly overkill for an average user, but it's great for heavy gamers with a large variety of content to download

If you're questioning which one to get. get the one you can afford. if you can go for the OLED obviously that one is gonna have the better experience. But THE LCD one is amazing, I just recently got a LCD model and it plays most games pretty smoothly. if you don't mind not getting a consistent 60fps then it's not gonna be a problem for you. the sweet spot for the LCD steam deck I have is around the 30-40 fps range and it's surprisingly smooth. I'm usually a stickler about anything dropping below 60fps these days but on the steam deck I really don't mind. of course it all depends on the games you wanna play. the place where the steam deck shines in my opinion are older gen xbox/sony titles like 360/ps3 and xbox one/ps4 but also indie titles run incredible on it. but if you want it just for emulation it's even worth it just to have as an emulating device. I'm even having a pretty good time playing demanding games at 30fps than I thought I would like Horizon zero dawn. this is also coming from someone who has a high end gaming pc.

The guy is honetsly blowing it up a bit, its not that bad, it was ment for a certain crowd and it works, for people who have consoles and pcs and switches and what not and just want to have a big ass gaming thing with them when they travel, this is perfect. I cant stand any screen smaller than 8,8", like swicth fex, you cant see what you are playing. A 8,8-9" should be a standard. If i want a steamdeck, i would just buy one. But i want a big ass steamdeck that can also watch movies, and i wanna be able to play strategy games and games that need mouse and i dont wanna carry a laptop. Im a perfect example for whom this device is made for, and really, the only problem with it is battery. it's pathetic. Even with battery bank, playing a triple a title will give you just under 2 hours at full everything. Maybe you can get 4 hours with a power bank on a powersaving mode, so yea, that sucks big time, everything else i love, especially the size. Hate those small 7" devices, made for asian people

The xbox wireless adapter is only available for sale for windows 10..... nothing for windows 11 - any solution ?

I have both the ROG Ally X and the Lenovo Legion Go. I was in a difficult position due to finances, trying to decide whether to keep the Ally X or sell the Legion Go. Ultimately, I am returning the Ally X because the screen quality and input latency of the Legion Go are significantly better. The dead zones on the ROG Ally X make it frustrating to aim precisely in a game like Resident Evil 3. The controls on the Legion Go feel more comfortable, and it's much easier to enjoy games without having to hold the screen close to my face. For me, it’s definitely the Legion Go all day.

I just bought a legion go but not only for gaming. It's also a ultra powerful super tiny portable Windows device. Even more powerful CPU than my i7 9750h Laptop.

IMHO if you dont like the fps mode then leave it. There are others who have use for it. The thing is lenovo gave us an option which is always better than none.
