    1. Biceps curls front 4-6 Sets 12-20 Reps lift heavy - 0:50
    2. Biceps curls back 4-6 Sets 12-20 Reps lift heavy - 1:25
    3. Framer hold 30secs hold and Relax 2:10
    4. Simo curls 100 reps back and front 2:55
    5. One arm preacher curls 4-6 Sets 12-20 Reps lift heavy
