I am new to needle felting and wanting to make characters. I made eight ladies to represent our Bible Study Ladies Group and them were a real laugh, (with polymer clay). But, I wish to make more that are flexible and can be put into different positions. You are the BEST!!! How about doing the Golden Girls for us??? I watch you for hours every evening!
Oh that sounds so fun! I wish I were quicker. I started the eyes this week and don’t like them felted. I will post the video but will probably redo them with the painted fabric. Oh well. I bet the ladies loved their look alikes.

I'm mostly doing elf ears. They are fiddly for sure. My first ones were not so hot. lol I love my first doll but These later ones I hope have the nicer lips like yours.
Yes I always have improvements I want to make after every one. Keeps us learning I guess.
I've been working on "Carl" from UP, but after watching your series I see where I wasn't adding all the under structure of the face before sculpting the face if that makes sense. So....i'll be starting over. Thanks for these instructional videos, they are very helpful.
