Taking things a step further ... One must distinguish le gérondif and le participe présent. They look the same, but the "en" is what normally marks the gérondif. Consider these two sentences:
Jean et Paul ont vu leur ami en marchant dans la rue. [le gérondif.]
Jean et Paul ont vu leur ami marchant dans la rue. [le participle présent.]
In the first case, Jean and Paul were walking; perhaps their friend was sitting on a bench.
In the second case, the friend was walking; perhaps Jean and Paul were sitting in a café !
(The gérondif is incorrectly called "the participle présent" at 5:35 - a small point, but it's good to clearly distinguish because it can affect the meaning.)

I recommend putting the playback speed at 0.75x. It's perfectly audible but slows it down just enough to get that extra time needed for comprehension.
It's better to listen to it at normal speed and get accustomed to normal speech (he isn't even speaking at full native pace). But you have the choice to stop the video or slow it down to look at the subtitles more closely.

I have watched several of Alex's viedos and he does not speak fast but at natural speed. May be the video is too advance for you, right now. There are plenty of beginner's videos on RUclips.

@@MultiTumlehLes deux se disent mais se doucher est plus élégant que prendre une douche. Je suis française et je trouve que se doucher sonne mieux. De même se brosser les dents est plus joli que se laver les dents et se laver les cheveux est plus juste que se laver la tête.

Should Faire not be conjugated with avoir rather than etre? Surely the sentence should read En Jouant au foot chaque j'ai fait beaucoup d'amis? Or do verbs, when reflexive, always take on être rather than Avior?

2. En jouant au football, j'ai fait beaucoup d'amis .
3. Ils vont avoir du fun en étudiant ensemble .

prononce "é". Comme dans terre, belle, cette, cesse ou renne etc...

Sorry but a bit too fast for me. I was barely getting my head around the French and the translation before you were onto the next. Great video, just perhaps I am not as far along as I had hoped to be able to take advantage of it 🥲
May I suggest either using the "pause" button, or going into settings to slow down the video? In that way, you get the time you need, but more advanced learners won't be frustrated (which they would be if the presenter slowed his presentations.)

Thanks for these suggestions. It was not a complaint but a statement. I do not expect that things change necessarily but that perhaps suggestions might be made as you have done. I now need a crash course in how to use RUclips on my phone. So thanks for the pointers.
Hi. I understand that perhaps this is perfect speed for you 😊. I partly mentioned to let the presenter know - perhaps I am in the majority and so this feedback is useful. As I seem to be in the minority then I need to look at alternative options for viewing and learning. It gets harder as you get older also so perhaps a little less judgement would be kinder.
