I’m dealing with this type of stuff at my job. I’m the only black person on my crew and they treat me so different from everybody else. I’m really skilled at what we do and I work hard for them just to get treated like an outsider. They don’t supply us water and get angry with me when I say I’m tired and need a break or some water. Since I’m the only black person there I don’t have anybody to express how I feel to. Just sit there and take it. I say good morning to them sometimes and I I don’t get a response. No matter how hard I work for them it’s never good enough.
