If they are doing this to their black doctors, imagine what may be happening to their black patients.
Don't image is facts
...not may be happening, but must be happening to Black patients, and their unborn.
I was a patient there going through cancer treatment. It was horrific
Voila!
A hospital in the Bay Area tried really hard to give me pain pills and something in my soul told me to reject it. The pain was there but not that bad. I refuse to become a junkie by an over zealous PA’s prescription after she barely did an exam on me and gave the vibe I was wasting her time.
Everyone shocked about discrimination, except black people. Doesn't matter what profession you are in.
Right!!!
Exactly!!!!
Trump culture
Yup! ✊🏽and something is awfully wrong with people that discriminate against qualified professional's.
This goes on all across the board...I was fired for doing my job while black. When they can't find something they make stuff up. Yte woman are notorious for firing black women for NOTHING
The fact that the CEO declined to comment says it all. A CEO would absolutely want to get in front of this.
It's always the maintenance worker, the janitor, the kitchen staff, the groundskeeper looking out for the black people. Always! Thank goodness for them!
They always believe in us and give us pep talks too that motivate us to ignore and go past the BS.
yep! they hear and see everything .
So happy the maintenance worker was compelled to tell her😢
Thats why they're automating those jobs. The robots will be the spies for them.
Yes as a maintenance worker I encourage all of us to stay on code because it happens even to us and it's rare for even the Unions to have our backs!

FINALLY! FINALLY! FINALLY!!!! It’s happening in residency programs! Black residents are being disproportionately targeted and held back or kicked out of training programs!!!!! It’s happening to black faculty!!! It’s happened to too many black physicians I know…myself included! THANK YOU FOR SPEAKING OUT!
It happened to me too. I was a resident at Virtua
This has been going on for a while. There were several residents and attendings I had to work with as a med student who were just flat out antiblack racists. I have stories lol but I had to just push thru

I’m a black nurse that just quit my job in North Carolina because of mistreatment and discrimination! It’s all over this country, very sad in this day and age
Sorry to hear that. I hope your future works out for the better.
How it’s sad? Nobody was held accountable after the civil war Not even Jefferson Davis. America 🇺🇸 has been in’s a gutter ever since
AS A BLACK MALE RN. RACISM IS ALIVE AND WELL.
Hang in there, I hear RNs can make pretty good pay, especially in CA, get your financial ducks in a row, and then get out. I hear that RNs can also do work-from-home approvals and authorization work.
money is not everything! Discrimination and racism must be addressed. Stop telling people to keep your head down.
@@elfredawright Telling someone to , " hang in there", is not the same as " keep your head down". I never said that racism and discrimination shouldn't be addressed. As far as money not being everything, see how long the average American can make it without a paycheck. It's all over the news, people homeless and living in tents in parks, and in their vehicles. What pays for the food, electricity, house/apartment/condo if not money? I said "get your financial ducks in a row and get out", therefore they don't have to lose everything they worked hard for, because of these racist idiot's!
@@elfredawright I never said to, "keep your head down", I said "hang in there and get your financial ducks in a row". You can address racism and discrimination while still working on an exit strategy. As far as money not being everything, tell that to the hundreds of thousands of Americans now sleeping in tents or in their vehicles. No money= no rent/mortgage/food/electricity/water etc.
More power to you. I had considered 10 yrs ago of going back to school and becoming an RN. I have 3 other degrees 1 of them being an MBA. As a Black male I was told because we are so thin in numbers as RN the pay is typically on a greater scale than the norm. I guess I never really thought or considered a possible racial component that could be involved as well. Not surprising though. More power to you and hang in there. You got this.
If this was Jewish Dr' s complaining about discrimination. Those in charge would no longer be in charge.

If that hospital discriminates against black doctors as a Black person, I wouldn't feel safe.
Not at all!
Ya dam skippy
Don’t! During COVID I got a CNA license and saw nurse being and saying the absolute worst 🤢
I’am a black physician too and was called by my first name by nurses in multiple occasions and i had to pretend that I didn’t hear them. Dealing with micro aggressions is your second job as a black Doctor! When I went to my first job interview in the Midwest after training because of my last name they probably thought i was white. During the interview part of the schedule was to meet the regional director and when I arrived by the door with the recruiter the director walked away without introducing himself and the company offered me the job anyway but I didn’t take and i ended up I having a better career than I would have had if I chose to take that job. You have to become successful to fully understand how deep racism is in this society.
Calling you by your first name is disrespectful..im a nurse..and nurses know better..
@blobmonster9494Well obviously you’re not as smart/worldly as you think you are. It’s a 💯 sign of disrespect to call a doctor by their first name within that work environment. Especially when you hear the white males being addressed as ‘Doctor’.
@blobmonster9494 try walking into a courtroom and addressing the judge by his first name. Got it?
If you are calling one person by their first name, call them all. Those nurses will never do that.
Thank you for sharing this. I take the MCAT soon, and I sometimes only see the glitz and glam though I’ve worked in a hospital before. This video and your response shifted my perspective.
They say "pull yourself up by your boot straps" or even "just follow the rules". Then when we do, they put up "road blocks" that hinder our progression.
That’s the joke bc they know they’re actively hindering us on an individual and macro level. That’s why they also joke about FBA make unemployment bc they control the jobs allocation and blackballing us. Our challenges are funny to them bc they’re responsible for it, insecure and recessive.
F the boot straps; I wear sling backs!!!
If you're treating the doctors in this manner , I can only imagine what type of care minorities are receiving ???

When we were segregated from white America we owned our own Hospitals and we never had to go through the mess that these gifted Black doctors go through today... we as a people need to get back to that space of owning our own!
THIS RIGHT HERE! The solution is simple. We must create our own medical institutions. Should have done this a long time ago!
@@user-vg8ez9cu6u Before integration we did have medical institutions all over so-called Black America. I witnessed this growing up in Chicago during the 1970s, and 1980s...
By the early 1980s I witnessed Black owned medical facilities started to be closed down in the hundreds by racist led state departments of health, and departments of public health,
These state health agencies and the racist people in them are embolding these racist white doctors in hospitals all over the United States to harass and discriminate against Black doctors.

Yes! Rebuild our institutions and infrastructure and have 24 hour armed security patrolling.
My parents always said integration was the worst outcome during the civil rights era. I never understood until I grew up and worked in corporate America as a Black woman. I now own a business.
It definitely is 💯, we was better segregated we had our business, black Wall Street etc.
We never reached integration. We are still very segregated.
Please study what really happened during segregation. I don’t think we want to be lynched. That will May to get off the sidewalk when white people walk past majority of Black people were kept in lower positions by law, etc.. I think it’s more of we should’ve kept some things that we had during segregation like our own hospitals, our bank, stores, but still have integration so we could have the freedom to move about.

Time to open black owned and managed clinics
Just like the Black doctors did here in st.louis back in the 60' and 70's we had good black doctors here, right in our neighborhoods
I agree but we need to think bigger. It’s time to open Black Hospitals across the country!
Call on Dr. Umar & the family from Hollywood.
Yeah! With all that ppp funds that went out
I Opened my own clinic in my hometown, but there are still those in control of the local government and community that can block your success. I am not a physician. I am a doctoral prepared, nurse practitioner, and I have no support. I was discriminated against so badly and was not allowed a seat at the table, so I made my own table. It is like pulling teeth to get physicians to support me. Black physicians will not support us. I am still waiting on a phone call from a black physician who promised to call me within two days. It has been three weeks with a reminder. Unfortunately, in order to use my education and experience, which I gained which I went to college for and which I paid for I have to have a physician sign a piece of paper supporting me good luck with that if you’re black and don’t know any physicians, but they don’t tell you that before you finish the education. I unlike many am fortunate to have someone who supports me, but they don’t look like me. Regardless am appreciative and grateful, but still know that something needs to be done. the problem is systemic. It is not one or two individuals. We need to come together.
When will they get tired of being hateful? Hundreds and hundreds of years and still going strong
It's not hateful. It's because their skin-color Identity is unable to exist except with some skin-color "other" to label. It's the same with the idiotic, irrational identity of "black". They were both created at the same time in the late 1600s, 1691 to be exact. And these delusions and paranoia exist in EVERY country in this hemisphere, in one form or another. The solution is to make these loser and bums IRRELEVANT. Yall gotta drop this victim attitude and view this bullshyt like a bad joke and handle it like it's an OBSTACLE and an OPPORTUNITY. Winning ALWAYS attracts haters. But no, we think this bullshyt is some sort of "moral crime" because we actually believe this skin-color Identity bullshyt too, just like them. Once you realize EVERYTHING we've heard about "skin-color" aka "race" is not just bullshyt but literally IRRATIONAL, you will treat it accordingly.
They will NEVER tire of their hatred and evil, because it’s in their DNA and is like oxygen for them.
Why the heck would U if you’re the beneficiary
That is who they are. They act and behave according to their nature. They don't know how to be any other way, they can't be any other way. Our biggest mistake has been the inability or unwillingness to see these humanoids for who they are. Instead, we've been under the self-deception that some how they can be redeemed.

You’re correct we need our own hospitals, black hospitals, black. Wall Street had their own hospitals until the white man came and bomb it.
I’m using late husband’s device. He passed , in September 2021. He retired from his career as a civilian physician, working for D.O.D. @ a military hospital. Racism wasn’t a topic he openly discussed; especially in the context of his professional life. But I often remarked about the racism & how much this impacted our marriage. The Army is in the forefront of this systemic oppression & racist discrimination; in medicine & healthcare. Black doctors are maligned, ridiculed, & forced to work with absurd ‘ standards’ & restrictions . I witnessed this happening to my own husband. And he suffered from the effects on his health. I can elaborate more details later. For now, I’m grateful for the fact it’s been brought to light. More details & better examples of this must be addressed. There is another hospital my husband was affiliated with, where I firmly believe racism determined medical negligence: his healthcare provider. Racism. Doctors are not exempt from this. Black physicians from Ivy League medical schools have been subjected to discrimination & racism. I’m responding to this because I honor my late husband by giving voice to the issue.
This is surprising with Lloyd Austin being in charge.
Have you read Ben Carsons book....he went through a lot.

These are the daily hurdles of black Americans in this country.
My sister died in Kansas from racist malpractice. They refused to test her and she died from a preventable kidney infection
😥
Sorry for your loss. This is so incredibly sad and also so very disturbing that is was so preventable? All because of racism…that’s why when others who don’t experience first hand what it’s like and how deep it goes costing so many precious lives from situations that could so easily be avoided. When those people always try to deflect, reduce or dismiss the effects of racism (I’ve been gaslit by others for daring to speak up on a situation involving a co-worker who was “humorously” referred to as a “turd” when I inquired why? this racist team of old Karen’s told me it was because of her brown skin colour??? I was gob smacked! Also these same women would continuously and openly make racial gestures towards Indigenous communities - after being in the team for a few months and going through mental distress one part of me fearing to lose my job and the other part of me (that was stronger) wanting to take action. So I finally plucked the courage up and went to my team leader with this problem, it wasn’t treated with a level of care and concern that I was expecting, it went to the manager but pretty much went nowhere. I raised my concerns again to another co-worker and team leader and they thankfully reported to HR but another dead end street. I tried to follow up with HR and the next shift I walked into I was told by the team leader that it was already “dealt with” and that I was not to raise this issue again as it was already “dealt with” and it was “done and dusted” and to try to be part of the team. And I was then ostracised by the majority of my team and worst of all the victim - the women whom they kept referring to as a “turd” actually took their side and by pretending it was all “humour” and I was making a big deal out of nothing. One conversation they had was when we were nearing our company Christmas party and it was a costumed theme party everyone discussing what costumes they would wear. The “victim” at hand said she was unsure, a meme email at the time had circulated our office with an image of a turd in a cupcake wrap with sprinkles on top some type of funny caption, I’ll never forget when these old Karen’s kept telling her to go as a cupcake turd with sprinkles and all she needed to do was put sprinkles on top of her head??? That was one of the conversations I tried to report and go through the correct channels. Worse job I ever had and very toxic team and environment subsequently I ended up with severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks working there - I was so afraid to leave because i was trapped inside my own mental anguish of fear and also caught up with how my team was. I sat by myself for the rest of my time there but after I became the official whistleblower I was made to feel less than and a troublemaker. I finally left that toxic job it actually took many years to get over that particular job but it wasn’t just that job it was many other incidents I went through due to racism in the workplace, in educational settings, preferential treatment, micro aggressions, subtle gestures…it’s very draining and tiring and really hurts the soul - if it were not for God and His word I would never have been able to heal and forgive and finally let go of all those hurts.
That’s unbelievable…
I'm so sorry that happened That's truly horrible.

Yes, they need to look at the cases of EEO cases against black employees in the federal government agencies, especially DOJ and DHS!
I have experienced this plenty of times my entire life. I have found that the only thing that they listen to is being sued, police reports and official write ups.
Sue the bandages off these medical institutions.
These are the same exact words, especially "insidious," "intimidating", and "difficult" that I and other Black physicians, nurses, and hygienist experienced in healthcare centers on Native American reservations and in IHS. This problem is ubiquitous in the experience of Black physicians and other healthcare workers throughout this country in these healthcare facilities. It has never been our imagination. It is deliberate and hostile. This is abusive, heinous, and the reason why healthcare disparities will remain. This system does not want Black residents to thrive, let alone live. This is deliberate.
Intelligent, competent confidence in black people really is viewed as threatening to those with a white centered world view. In other words, these white people are really telling on themselves with their characterizations of black doctor’s. The intelligence & authority of a black person doesn’t fit the white narrative so their perception of normal doctor behavior (orders, demands, dictatorial final decision making - all good things in a life and death profession) is skewed when working with black doctors. A statement/request phrased exactly as a white peer would is deemed abrasive coming from a black person’s mouth. Therefore it is the intelligent authority in combination with the skin color that’s the problem. A simple way of putting this is that the existence of any kind of black excellence demonstrably disproves white supremacy and this is a threat to white supremacy. Black excellence infuriates the blatant and latent racists among us. The white establishment’s black tokens are generally always well below average performers because this confirms their racial bias. For this reason, they are very comfortable with black mediocrity (and even incompetence) because it confirms white superiority.
Let it roll off your back. God knows. You at work to do the best job that grace has given you.

We can keep everything else and simply die early getting out of their way as soon as we can't generate for them any more.

I experienced something similar as a chemist working in big pharma. Micro aggressions, discrimination, scrutiny, and ultimately a toxic work environment simply for wanting to work and build a career. It started slow at first and then it just kind of snowballed into a termination. The kicker is that I recognized this my very first day on the job when I realized no one else there looked like me. Made me extremely easy to target and eventually isolate. It was extremely hurtful but it didn’t break me though
It is very difficult to find healthy work environments these days. It's good to have multiple streams of income. Have a plan, get in and get out...
When I hear stories like this I think of Jane Elliott when she says to white people, how many of you would like to be treated like America treats black people? No one raised their hands. Then she basically says you know how black people are treated, and you know you don't want it for you, so why are you so willing to allow it to happen to others.
This happened to my father in the late 60s and early 70s. He never worked as a chemist again.
@@WSTofKMT That’s pretty unfortunate. Any particular reason why your dad never worked in that field again? I’m only asking because my former employer is an industry heavyweight and listing that corporation’s name on my resume has actually opened up far more career doors for me than the one they closed. Even though I sensed my very first day on the job my time there would probably be limited, I also knew on the very first day that I already technically had what I needed to land another job just like it; The company’s name on my resume.

I believe it😑, I'm a Nurse. I experienced it before I became a Nurse as a Medical Assistant for 10years❤
Imagine if they are discriminating against these doctors, what must be happening to the black patients!
Healthcare is going down hill. Many nurses are leaving healthcare.
And that’s why they are bringing up bunch of foreign nurses especially Philippines nurses.
@@orokonaboba7157 Wowwwwwwwwww!
This is disturbing on so many levels.
These Doctors need to present a lawsuit against this Hospital. Please do!
Sue the Bandages off of that hospital.

It’s PURE EVIL

I always say that yes, of course the killing of George Floyd and the like should be focused on, but it's the small assaults that happens everyday that slowly kills us. We need to focus on that. The intangibles that you can't see, but know that are there. That scares me even more.
I work in the hospital and I can vouch that everything that these black doctors are saying is 100% true they put them through hell as residents
My son just started his medical journey and I am deeply concerned for him. I know it's coming, and I hope he's strong enough to deal with this nonsense.
Lawyers on speed dial, dash cameras, security camera In the house. Phone calls of encouragement & love. U good.
@@OllieMissouri-is6eiYou sound ridiculous. What do dash cams in his vehicle and security cameras in his home have to do with systematic racism in the workplace and verbal aggressions from work colleagues? 😂 You’re just sneaking in advocacy for a military-complex survelliance society, even where it doesn’t even fit. You think Blk people are dumb? 😂We’re not fooled by sly tricks and we don’t just go along with what we’re told anymore😉
Most of what you see in this comment section is hysterical nonsense. Not to say racism, especially against black people in America, doesn’t exist because it definitely does - but what I am seeing in this comment section (and many other comment sections that facilitate the creation of echo chambers) however, is farther from reality than from fantasy. Your son will be fine and I wish the best for him.
Now I understand why State of Nevada, Arizona, and Cali is lacking Black American Doctors. This is happening in alarming rate on west Coast.
They have Black doctor s listed that doesn't exist or no longer work there.
I've came across this problem alot.
Blacks gaslight on large scale to its own members also so please don’t complain when it comes from outside of your culture 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
@cindy7792000able true that. That’s why I never understood why black people cheer when they say the US will become less white demographically in the future. Do people even know the plight of black people in South America? They have it a lot worse in these Hispanic countries and fail to realize brown people around the world dislike us too. It will be worse for us in a majority Hispanic/asian demographic country. And thank goodness this doctor pointed out he got passed over for a promotion in favor of a white woman. White women are the biggest beneficiaries of affirmative action programs in this country yet black people always catch hell and get targeted for affirmative action lies. Smdh
Thank you for covering this. This has been an ongoing problem for years! It is such a health blow to have to deal with discrimination on the job. Again, that you.
Right ❤❤❤

Currently dealing with this in my own work. It's the mind games these guys ppl play.
This is terrible. I’m so glad I don’t use Sutter. I love my black pc, obgyn & dermatologist and grateful for my care.
But this is all across America, and not just in the medical field.
Excellent job. Keep the community thriving.
The other thing that might feel threatening is any COMPETENCE shown by these doctors. Medical school and training is NOT easy. Since these doctors survived the training and and have the KNOWLEDGE then that is a threat.
Keep them scared. We don’t have a problem with having knowledge. They do.
We literally have an older cardiologist of palm colored skin that has screamed at patient's more than once. He has never been punished for treating patients that way.
If I were a patient I would scream louder.

@@Lisa-kz7vw I totally agree. I have a Bachelors degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude (3.85). I got passed over for a position by a White guy who was ran out by his previous employer for using their company credit card for personal purchases for his home. I left medicine because of similar treatment as an Anesthesiology Resident at Stanford. I was not willing to spend my life working in this sort of environment
So you gave up on your dream after all that hard work because of one unfortunate period? You couldn't have just tried to go somewhere else?
I'm sorry that happened to you, but just giving up after that is not excusable. Never let them win!
Imagine that discrimination in other job fields that aren't as prestigious as being a doctor?
Why is anyone surprised? The worldwide evil of white supremacy is consistent and predictable if one understands history.
I was an executive and retired early than I would have because the system of white supremacy was closing in on me. It was one of the best decisions I made in my life.
My saving grace was I studied and understood African and European history and could "see" it coming.
The major challenge I observed with most African Americans is they don't know and understand their history starting over 200,000 years ago. By not knowing their history, it's almost impossible to understand how Europeans rose from barbarians to ruling the world.

Our Lineage History Has to exceed 200,000 transcending! I am The God Paradox.
Not surprising at all. I remember my brother telling me that our Black family doctor told him that non Black doctors fear Black men. His point was regarding potential diseases etc. Black people have been guinea pigs in this country for years. Our family doctor, back in my old hometown, Detroit, told my brother this, back during the 90s. Some 12 years ago. A female Indian doctor had exposed the discrimination that Black patients deal with. The, behind the scenes shit. Historically. Black people were victims of the Tuskegee experiment, white woman whom came into the Black community, some hundred years ago, trying to convince Black women to get sterilized. Etc. Birth control was and still is on their priority list. Because they fear of being outnumbered. And it's the same reason why the border between Mexico is priority to them.
A Hundred Accurate sphh not only Discriminate prey and Eliminate? Hella Sinister? I am The God Paradox.
They do fear being outnumbered but eventually they will be. Their birth rates are low and constantly have fertility issues. They are recessive gene-carrying people with an expiration date.
Exactly! Abortion and the border are extinction issues for them.
They only mention Tuskegee but I think that in every medical field blacks were experimented on... how else would they advance the medical profession from the 1700?
This is not uncommon idk why people are shocked. As a black nurse for 23 years I’ve had people say I’m difficult to work with because you’re not going to let them mistreat you such as pass you a dead patient that they didn’t want to call next of kin and coroner’s office on “no lie “. So throwing you are difficult or aggressive is the number one thing they say about black people. I’ve had patients request not to have a black nurse. So we go through a lot. I know if they do staff like this imagine the care of the patients.
They don’t want a black nurse. I’d tell the patient, “ I don’t feel comfortable staying in the same room, u a racist and bound to flip out. I don’t want to be around your negativity.”
Yes, patients request non black physicians and nurses.
Oh wow. No more Sutter for me. This is disgusting, to say the least.
If you are in the comments trying to justify any of this corporation/hospital’s behavior, you are part of the problem.
That's what ignorant people always do. Cape for foolishness, assuming that if no one called the Black person complaining the N-word, there was no discrimination and they're exaggerating. SMH!
If this is happening to the doctors, imagine how they treat Black patients?

I had a black doctor when I was in my 20s now I'm in my 50s and I still have a Black doctor.
Yes, all my docs are Black.

If they treat black ohysicians this way. Imagine how they treat black patients. How many were possibly unalived?😮

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN…. Especially since THEY REFUSE to sign a HATE CRIME BILL FOR FOUNDATIONAL BLACK AMERICANS
Maybe someone will do an Ugly Grafiti on sitter property.
This is the norm. I worked at Thomas Jefferson Univ Hospital and Jefferson Medical College for 34 years. I was always the only black person in any department that I worked in, although Jefferson is an inner city hospital. I often worked as an interview coordinator, without the official use of the title or pay, because it was not allowed. If I turned down the work, I would have been fired. Black employees could only hold positions in the housekeeping department, laundry, or kitchen etc.
Applications were not accepted from black students applying for medical school. They were not allowed to be interviewed for any medical position, and believe me they were not. If an application was sent in, it was trashed. A former employee of mine, showed me all of the trashed medical school applications. They had a total of 35,000 employees as of 2019, the year I retired, and only had 3 black physicians throughout their 8 hospitals. When I retired, I was the last black person in the department where I worked, all of the rest of them had been either, fired, or forced out. You were never considered for any promotions whatsoever, no matter how high your performance evaluation was ranked.
One day, while I was at lunch, one of my co-workers brought a friend of hers over to be interviewed for my job, without the knowledge of my immediate supervisor or HR. Nothing was done, it was just business as usual. I was constantly watched by the Division Director, and the Divisional manager. Just another day.
I hope you reported this

It would not have done any good. There was an incident that was reported on 2 occasions, and in retaliation, they fired everyone in the department section, even those who were not there that day, and outsourced the work.

A lot of it IS jealousy. They'll create a situation to move you out.
People are jealous of people being educated as a RN I get this from clerks, PCTs people are jealous of people having a good career that pays well people be bitter about their own lives and choices
I've been doctors offices and can here other doctors being grilled behind closed doors myself. In most cases, when I return to see my doctor, he or she has been replaced or transferred out. I'm a victim of starting all over and over trying to keep my health up, getting medicine, treatments, referral to find my specialist doctor, and getting an approval all over again with a new doctor I don't trust, especially when these doctors are younger.
I lived in Sacramento where 2 of these doctors experienced healthcare racism and I noticed the lack of Afro American women doctors (as well as males but more so women) compared to Los Angeles. And this was at Kaiser hospitals. This healthcare system sucks for Afro Americans and others. The forced vaccinations, no time off work for ill pregnant women and new mothers…and they wonder why our population is declining and they’re bringing over more immigrants to put them in positions to mistreat Americans.
No lies detected.

Yep the Indian doctors that also check that DEI box while mistreating FBA that paved the way for them!
I was fired from Sutter Sacramento on L St. emergency room for the same BS by Hispanic woman

This happens to us in all industries, even down to construction.
And engineering
I just saw a video earlier that says the immigrants are taking over the construction business ( this was in the south ) but THEY are being put in MANY fields in place of US to lower the wages… but in the video the contractor was stating that they start off giving cheaper contracts until they saturate the market

I hope they win that law suit. This systematic discrimination needs to stop.
It is like that across America for black people!!!!!
If black doctors are discriminated against, how can we trust black patients are properly heard and cared for? Equally as concerning, black patients lose potential medical advocacy absent a diverse medical team. This needs more exposure and an assurance this is being overseen and addressed.

If they are treating doctors like this, how are they treating the patients? That's crazy!

It has to do socialization. It's very subjective and hard to proof so they get away with it.
