You have to gather several months of evidence in order to make charges stick, otherwise defense lawyers can claim it was a "one off" thing she did. He had to let it happen so he could get enough on her to bring it to the appropriate people and have her fired. If there were by chance others that knew she was like that, then perhaps they stayed quiet so as not to lose their jobs since Judges have alot of power over the lower employees. Just because a person knows something, doesn't mean they're fireable for staying silent. Staying silent doesn't always mean you agree with the bad person, you're just saving your own job.

Yes, but in that multitude of cases, no one in any "diverse" courthouses will ever have a moral issue. If only people from the B community, the LGblahblah, or the transformers had anyone among them with a conscience, things would be different. Until then we'll only get these protected, propped up ragetokens to be released at politically planned intervals.
