😡 No Internal Affairs. 🤬
Nope the Chief can oversee himself. He signed all Jenny's separation papers.😅
Just like in nyc a detective did this for 30 years and caused almost a billion in settlements and he still gets a retirement check
This is truly award winning reporting. Incredible corruption by the cops as well as the prosecutor.
What an evil, disgusting prosecutor
MCAO needs to be hit with obstruction charges
The DA said it’s not her problem if she know the person is innocent but they can’t prove it basically…she’s not here to help the defense
Bunch of badged criminals!
Prosecution is far, far too aligned w them.
Why doesn't ABC 15 go to her home and get her side of the story at her last known address of 7361 W Spur DR Peoria...
Good on media for reporting on this at all but the media is never going to go hard at cops. They should be hounding every level of police supervision as well within his dept.
Not gonna happen
@@jackburton2680 look up abc15. This is probably the best news agency in America on this subject. They consistently break stories of police corruption as well as continually push and follow up with those stories. They're very good with this.
Retirement? Disability? In what world would anyone else not be in PRISON SHE BELONGS IN PRISON AND ALL THE CONVICTIONS OVERTURNED. THAT IS A DANGER TO SOCIETY THAT MUST BE PUNISHED.
Just why we as tax payer can't trust the people we pay / employe
Every case she worked on is tainted now. I would be very upset with her if any of my cases were overturned due to her misconduct.
The chief and command staff fired.
Yep Temp Chief Sullivan will do anything for his Bloated Pay $240,000 per year. Ya don't make that money is Louisville 😅😅
And pensions seized
Grand Jury indictments needs to be made and these people need to he brought in to face justice.
I'm a retired attorney from Oregon so I can't speak to AZ law, but in our state it is law that in criminal cases both prosecutors and defense must BY STATE LAW turn over all evidence whether material or not. We had one prosecutor disbarred for not doing this and lying to a judge about it. The judge in this video shouldn't have let the prosecutor off so easily and imposed the ethical rules that even prosecutors as attorneys are held to.
the sad part is this happens on a regular basis
Did she just say
"You're not allowed to a perfect defense? Did that just come out of that lawyer's mouth? What the actual f#!k? The justice dept should take over mcso and the mcao. These people are out of control
They do whatever they want and seem to be getting away with it.
The DOJ. LOL. Did you just actually write this?
@@Leroy-df3ee- There’s a guy name Leroy that’s not the sharpest tool in the shed. He probably doesn’t even realize a ton of illegal activity by state and federal law-enforcement have been charged by the DOJ during the last four years. Unless he saying it’s funny to claim the next DOJ will do anything about these departments during the next four years, because if the new guys last term is a pattern, then absolutely nothing will be done. Not “nothing” as in very little, nothing is an absolutely nothing. That was the policy back in 2017 for four years. So I’m not sure if Leroy is a fan of the dear leader or not, but if I had to guess I would say probably so but I really don’t know. But something tells me Leroy probably doesn’t even know anything about the dear leader if he is a fan of his.

Love the reporting
Unless you been down this road, you Know Nothing about Plea Bargains. 5 Years are much Better than 20 when your "FREE" Attorney is WORTHLESS! The prisons are FULL because of PLEA BARGAINS!
