@@saragrant9749 Please explain to me how I’m demeaning the UK by stating a fact I said nothing disrespectful or derogatory towards the UK. you asked as question “out of curiosity” and I gave you an answer. So did you ask the question because you genuinely wanted to know or was that a rhetorical question? Because rhetorical question wouldn’t follow up with “out of curiosity” Her parents being Jamaican obviously doesn’t negate her hard work and accomplishments on the track nor does it directly impact her success. So I am simply providing some context to the previous comment which was very vague and had no substance to it. but we cannot completely orverlook genetics either especially considering Ben Johnson, Donavan Bailey, Sonya Richards Ross, and Linford Christie did not run for Jamaica but where all of Jamaican descent and world class sprinters but maybe that’s just a coincidence 🤷🏾‍♂️ btw my wife is British! 🇬🇧 I love my UK family and I love Dina Asher-Smith as an sprinter. Not to mention she’s very easy on the eyes 🤩. I don’t demean or belittle anything BLACK you asked a question and you got an answer if you’re not happy with the answer then just say that.

SFP literally just ate up that staggar. With such a burst of speed she must've confused the hell out of the other athletes who were probably thinking about how they were going to run their race. You have to have the right mix of speed and endurance in order to win this type of race, and you have to know how to use your reserves. Shericka did well in how she executed this race. Shelly ran a season's best, and Dina, the defending world champion, managed to medal. We could not have asked for a better race than this.

Happy for Jackson- its her time now, as she's the perfect combination of power, strenght and speed. She could make the 200/400 her own with time.

One of the strangest things that can happen in the world of sports is that she is an Olympic gold champion in the 100 and 200, not once, but twice, in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020, Double double back to back ! and not only 4 Olympic golds, but almost has the second best record in history in the 100m and 200m.
However, you do not have any gold in the world championships? Is there an explanation for that? This situation can never be repeated in the world of sports!
    In 100m SAFP 3 times 2015/2019/2021
    Bowe 2017 shaccari 2023
    In 200m Dafne twice 2015/2017
    Shericka twice 2021/2023
    Dina 2019
    5+5= 10 times failed !

She will break Flo-Jo's time, guaranteed. She has the structure and height. As her leg rotations increase, she will do it. Sha'Carri would have gotten chewed up and spit out in the line up LMFAO.
