We could all use inspirational motivation such as this from Colleen. Beautiful.
Man, the things she saw in real time. Born and raised during the depression, the coronation of Queen Elizabeth and witnessed the entire 70yr old reign, Hitler and the Holocaust, Pearl Harbor, WWII 2, nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, first televised shows and first at home T.V., JFK, MLK, Vietnam etc etc.
All key events that happened from 1928-present.
Amazing women that I highly respect

Great effort and big respect to Colleen.. reading comments below it sounds like quite a few people no longer challenge themselves due to ageing. i look forward to seeing what i can do beyond 90+. I am 56 now and still mountain bike / trail run / play a lot of tennis and just got back from a 3500km solo motorbike adventure in Ladakh/India. Maybe sell the couch and trade it in for some running shoes and set some cool personal targets.. Go for it!!!
