My laptop is Dell latitude and definitely I don't have F2 key network option, so here is what I did to fix. Device manager->network adapter -> mine was Qualcomm althero->uninstall driver click on computer icon as shown in the video at 0:59 and after reboot the pc and that immediately fixed my problem

Before trying to do this...try to turn on airplane mode...and then turn on Wifi..finally turn off airplane mode...it works to me
