OMG !!! I was the same way, about 2 months ago I was doing Something with my keys and was tapping on them and must have hit those keys by accident. I tried everything from going online and watching RUclips and NOTHING worked so I gave up. Buddy, you're a star, I have 6 laptops to get wifi enabled on, all showing this problem, at first I tried the Function-> F2 or whatever & it didn't do anything, so gave up on that, but now I'm finding it does work after all !
