You're a life saver. My laptop couldn't connect to wifi, I had to restore advanced internet settings 😢. Thank you
Thank you always. I have used this video many times and the problems get resolved before I get to the 3rd step.
Your video saved me from buying a new computer. After hours trying to figure out why my WIFI options disappeared, I followed your 1st FIX. I didn't see any adapter listed with WIFI in title but I still went along with "Scan For Hardware Changes" and the internet just popped right up.. a new line item was added to the list "Bluetooth Device" PAN, it wasn't there before the SCAN. thank you.
I used the reset network adapter & IT WORKED.Thanks a million.
This video is perfect, been struggling for days searching for videos to find WIFI, finally I found this one. The first step solved it all. Thanks a million.

Thank you so much, I found your video after downloading new driver's, restarting things over and over uninstalling drivers etc etc. and then buying a new wifi adapter. It turned out fix #6 was the issue, there was nothing wrong with my adapter. I will glue all the hair I pulled back on 😂😂 Thank you so much for taking the time to make the video, you are a champion, I'm subscribing.
You are amazing. Thank you so much! I just spent $75 at a computer shop and they were not helpful. I appreciate you so much! My internet is working again. Great video.
OMG! After trying to fix this problem for over an hour, I found your video and solved the problem with step #2. Thank you so so very much!!
My network adapter did not have the name WiFi in it so I guessed it was the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, and my new Netgear Router showed right up. OUTSTANDING. Thank you so very much. I put all this information in a text file on my computer for future use.
4 minutes into the video my problem was solved. That's after spending money and days getting different people to solve it.
Thank you.
