I would be very disappointed if I got my toast buttered like that. Aren't people entitled to their slice of toast being fully buttered? I've also noticed the no seasoning on chips etc - not good. The best time to season anything out of the deep fryer is the minute it comes out because it sticks to the product.

8:18 sticks hand in bucket of soap water to get rag, goes directly to the fridge to scoop something in the fryer, then goes and grab a few slices of bread, etc.. and not washing changing gloves... Where this place at SO I KNOW not to go...
@ImionsaeXwb77 I was thinking the same thing. Then all the food in the walk in fridge was uncovered. The chicken on the bottom shelf below the lettuce. Touched broom and dustpan without changing gloves. I would watch again because I Like these videos nut definitely needs to be wayyy more cautious ⚠️

Not sure what part of the country you're in, but it looks like only 3 people work in this diner/restaurant, you,(chef/cook) one waitress, and a manager/owner, I don't see a prep chef, or dishwasher or any bussers !

Funny thing. People have no clue that this may be happening at the restaurants they frequent too. 😂😂 Running a kitchen is fast pace, and takes dedication, hard work.
The only thing that several people are getting at, myself included is, this guy touches everything else, goes back to the cooler & touches the door knobs & everything in the cooler, but not once does he change gloves! Maybe it's normal in some kitchens, but there are other channels on here which the cooks change gloves whenever they touch something else, & just change periodically! It's just better practice if doing a video for the public to see if you are cooking in a restaurant that is open to the public, to use good hygiene & be as clean & sanitary as possible! It's entirely possible state health inspectors could be watching, you don't want to give them a reason to target your restaurant more, or do more surprise unscheduled inspections! It happens, I've been in places while state health inspectors are on site, so it does happen!!
Who turns the gloves inside out. Touch the spatula in the trash can. I have worked in the kitchen for 30 plus years and it looks like this guy has just as many. And he should know better.
I would go mad if I had to use THOSE GLOVES . they look like regular gloves maybe too small? whatever the issue with them is I would throw them in the deep frier . get different ones that actually fit . Love the set up you have here, you make it look easy , you have a huge selection of foods for customers to order which is great but damn it can be ridiculous. 7 different kinds of toast , 4 different kinds of French Toast, I haven't seen you make any pancakes other than regular pancakes so I guess that's a good thing . I couldn't imagine having to cook blueberry pancakes, strawberry, stuffed French toast or chocolate chip pancakes etc. is this place located in New England? or the east coast of the U.S?
