Crazy how planted the setup is on those launches! I was watching and typing this while speeding through a construction zone, so I didn’t get to examine too closely, but starting on a decent incline, it just lurches forward. I can’t wait to sit and watch this. Wish I had the film to see frame by frame. So effing fast!
Yeah man, it’s crazy how it launches. Obviously, the motor and esc are doing the work but I’m talking about the energy transfer and the movement of the rig. I know the 18p with nano on 3s is nuts and have been watching it do the same. Haven’t really videoed but now I need to so I can see what it’s doing. Thanks for sharing brother!
Me personally i like having a weaker 2s set up, keeps me from breaking more stuff than i need to. 3s does give some nice headroom though, thats a nice spot for more of a comp build.
Man I love those chassis Texoma RC is building ide have one but I don’t mess with my 1/24 at all… but love watching this channel !!!! ❤4s slayer oh bro haha dang she do flips haha 😅
Which brushless motor are you running? To do 3s on an AX24 all I’d need is this esc and the motor right? I’m new to this hobby. Then a bunch of strengthening stuff
@@2fmrc thanks moved shocks to stay off tires now the balance is off. Went way out of my comfort zone and got some shiny green rims for scooby-doo he be styling now lol
@@Muddauber7 ooooooohhhhhh! I didn’t think about the mini b! Wish I hadn’t sold the 2 pro kits I had. Maybe I’ll slap one in one of the ones I still have.
i have the mofo Revenge of the Pancake i wonder if that thing could handle 4s? and can the lizard ultimate handle 4s wonder im attempting to build a scx24 rwd drift C10. with extra steering and all the Gyro going to be the hard part lol
The new Furitek Python pro will handle 4s. Don’t think the ultimate can but haven’t tried. Nick said the nano bam could handle 4s. Not sure about the ROP
The 4100 bam motor with a 14 tooth pinion on 3s jumped completely off the ground and spin all four tires😂 I try not to do it because of snap everything
Yeah to be honest I can’t tell much difference between the 3s and 4s on this setup. 4s has a bit more and maybe it will be a lot more when I get rid of the slipping but 3s is about all is needed.
Yes. Unless you have the v1 esc/receiver combo from axial or the new ax24 transmitter/receiver combo. Those both allow you to run through them and keep your stock transmitter.
Stock servos? Or upgraded? Really depends what your servo can handle. Have to check the specs on them. Higher is more power but not all servos can run it.

Things tough!
Super cool Yep I was here watching
Ahh yeah 4s POWER!!!!

Yeah 3s is pretty easy on them. I’ve ran 3s on stock Scx24s lol
👌👌👌
Bad day crawling in 20 minutes 4 steering servos walked off the job 😢. Is there any brass for the rock van?
Dang! Rough day. Yes there are some steering knuckles and stuff on Amazon from Rcawd.

Turn on basher mode under input tab to get normal forward, brake, reverse. 😉
I may have to do that for the bouncer for sure! I got plans when my next couple escs arrive lol
@@2fmrc Right on. That setting should be used on most Rock Bouncers & Monster trucks, and other go-fast vehicles like Losi Mini-B's...👀

I've got mine setup for drift. Works surprisingly well. 😎
I gotta give M. Wolfe the credit on thinking of that one, I hadn't gone there yet.

Do u have to get a new transmitter and receiver when going brushless ?
Yes. Unless you have the v1 esc/receiver combo from axial or the new ax24 transmitter/receiver combo. Those both allow you to run through them and keep your stock transmitter.
Hey brother, what BEC voltage do you recommend for scx24 and trx4m? Should I get the highest one?
Stock servos? Or upgraded? Really depends what your servo can handle. Have to check the specs on them. Higher is more power but not all servos can run it.
@@2fmrc upgraded, Injora MAX servo for now.
What frame are you running?
TexomaRC Slayer on the crawler. Furitek Olympus on the bouncer
