Hello bro, thanks for the video, very helpful. I have a question you didn't talked about; what about the sound recording bro? How do we record the sound from the church mixer to another phone while recording the sermon video please
It depends on your setup but if you are just recording and not streaming you can use an external recorder and sync audio to video during editing. There are interfaces also that can allow you to connect your mixer to the phone depending on which mixer you use, if you use a digital mixer you can record on a usb stick
It’s always better to use an external audio device like an audio Interface. If you have a computer you can use OBS if not you need an interface that’s compatible with your phone
Thanks for these tips. My challenge is with the audio. I use my iPhone to go live on Facebook. How do I get the direct sound from the mixer to the phone to give me better audio quality?
The sound mixer should be able to route a 1/4 mono out that you can cable to your phone. However, you may need a couple of adapters: 1) get a USB-C Male to 3 or 4 USB A inputs and a power input as well. Then get a USB to audio jacks sound device. Make sure that the USB sound is connected to your phone before you open the streaming/recording app. There should be an option in the setup menu to select the USB audio source as the main audio for your stream.
