You might noticed some glitches and shadow issues on the rocket. I think this has something to do with the adaptive domain option. I tried to figure out how to fix that but I'm pretty sure it's just a bug with the smoke simulation at the moment. Hopefully that gets fixed soon!
Just important to note for everyone watching this that most real life rockets don’t produce thick smoke once they’re in the air. Most of the “smoke” you see during a lunch is just dust, debris and water vapor from the water deluge system that protects the pad from the insane acoustic forces of the launch. They usually leave a very faint trail of water vapor, if even that.

Make sure you select the Z handle and not the X or Y. You're probably accidently selecting one of those. Technically you don't even need the X or Y so you probably could just delete them to make it easier.
@@BlenderMadeEasy I think that is not the problem. I already deleted the X and Y. The problem is that I can´t see the 3 points. (The 3 points you can grap and have this red line in between.) And my Z line is not a curve, it is a straight line. So I can not do any think with my one top point.
@@Dom-enick oh I understand now. Your interpolation is probably set to Linear. Try selecting both keyframes, pressng T and select bezier curve. This will change the interpolation type to a smooth curve like in the video.
I suck at blender but I don't feel like eevee is gonna work with this. Your best option is to switch to cycles and select gpu compute and render it overnight or sm.

Can you try to increase transparent and transmission samples at light paths and see if it helps? :)
