I made these and they are so soft and pillowy. I halved the recipe though because I didn’t have enough flour. I also wanted to try using honey instead of white sugar and they came out so good! Thank you for all your details in the video, it really helped me. Looking forward to trying other recipes you have.
Thanks for sharing!![ and answering all my questions [ previously] These are addictive!... a keeper for sure!, [ Hubs approved too] I even bought a new sheet pan set with a cover just for these..[ rise & store] right after making the fist batch.... I also discovered they ar perfect for sliders ..[not nuts about the sweet Hawaiian rolls for sliders, so these are perfct], Using this dough for bubble bread turned out great [ will be making more of that for 1 granddaughter & Thanksgiving gifts for neighbors]] & will be doing cinnamon rolls [ My oldest granddaughters family LOVES good cinnamon buns ] but, now after viewing this video; gonna make & freeze a batch or two, before I travel for Thanksgiving so I can make for the family without the muss & fuss * [I love my Bosch, too... after years of replacing my kitchenaids because I burned them up from large batches]
I made the dinner rolls today and they turned out perfect. I was asked if I could add a hint more of salt...don't know if that would alter the recipe..can I ? Also for some reason mine were larger than yours rising and after baking. I don't know if it's because I used bread flour because that was what I had on hand. Slow at first getting them on the pan..but finally picked my speed up. I used my scales on grams but for some reason was 6 short of making the 35..so I took away from other's and finally got my 35. Next time for me I think I will do 50 grams and see what I come up with. I froze 18 after baking and kept 17 out to eat on the next several day's. I love this recipe and now thanks to you I finally have a go to recipe after searching for about a year now. Yours was the true winner. I just had one with a little honey drizzled on it and perfect to the taste. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and making the perfect dinner roll. I'm going to check out more of your recipes on your page since I'm a newbie and subscribed yesterday. I'm sure if the dinner rolls are delicious...the other recipes follow right behind it. Keep the great recipes coming...you sold me..and they were so easy to make. Thanks again..
@@charlotteledford6265 I don’t think the salt would alter it. Did you use salted butter? I’ve never cooked with bread flour, but I heard it amazing! Thanks for coming back and sharing your success!
Could I fridge them at roll stage and bring out next morning and let rise and bake? I am cooking for 150 people. Would help with timeline! Idea on how long to rise out of fridge?
I would like to prepare these the night before the next night's dinner. At what stage can I do that? Last time I tried (with another recipe), they fell flat.
@@brendafeeney8298 I have never tried that, but what a great idea! As long as it is warm enough to activate the yeast, I don’t see why not! Let me know if you try it!
This recipe was bang on!!! They are delicious! Thank you, great video!!

You make it look so simple
Best looking rolls on the internet 🥰Been a few years since I've made these! Will be making some to take to my youngest niece house for Thanksgiving!

Thanks for the recipe. I forgot to add the salt but was still good.
How long can they stay in the freezer?
Can I make these without or very little sugar? We don’t really like any hint of sweet.

What type of mixer do you use?
@@mehlinsmith9464 nutrimill.com/DELICIOUSLYBOLD It is a Bosch Universal sold by NutriMill. Best mixer I’ve ever seen!
Can you replace the liquid ( water) to pineapple juice? I like the flavor of Hawaiian bread
