Just made these for Thanksgiving as my first roll recipe and they turned out AMAZING! Your instructions were super clear and easy to follow. I will definitely be making these over and over again!
I have just started experimenting with sour dough. I made these for Thanksgiving yesterday, for the first time to ever make dinner rolls from scratch!!! They came out amazing. Thank you for the great description ,instructions and tips on rise fermentation and proofing!! It helped me not stress out while trusting the process
I made these yesterday with coconut sugar. Sooooo good. My very first sourdough recipe and came out perfect! Thanks so much for the step-by-step instructions.
Those rolls look delicious. I use a similar recipe, without the sour dough starter, and they turn out great too. Last Christmas, I added red and green dyed Maldon sea salt to the tops after I brushed the raw dough with an egg wash. People thought they looked festive. If you try this salt trick, add a little blue food coloring to the green and the salt flakes will come out greener. I don’t know how that works, but it does. Excellent video!!!
I had that rotten egg experience 🥵. Something the sight and smell of you will never forget. Good thing I was breaking eggs into a separate bowl. A practice I always do now. If I ever want to skip that procedure to have one less bowl to wash, the rotten egg picture comes into my mind and the washing of an extra bowl isn’t a problem.

Beautiful colour after baking
Fresh bread and butter. Oh one of my favorite treats. I would be so sad if I ever had a problem with gluten. Love my carbs
I agree with you on that one! :)
Aaaah, poor baby blue stand mixer. Don’t lose heart, one day Sam will choose you. 😉
Looks delicious
Love your videos
Thank you! :)
Uh ma'am, we are concerned about the sad blue one, not that one 😂😊
🤣
I wish I could know how to cook like her. ⭐⭐
Yeah, I know. It’s a shame that she doesn’t create extremely detailed video showing exactly how she cooks all of these delicious foods. 😉
She's literally showing you how! Lol
Can these be left to rise inthe frig for delaying baking?
Can you use salted butter and just leave out adding salt?
Divine Sam thank you so much God bless your family I'm sure the little one growing sent love
Can you make in advance and freeze them before baking them
I haven’t tried it but I think it could work. 😊

Oh, Sam, what do you have against your poor blue stand mixer??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Could you freeze these after shaping to bake later? TIA
I haven't personally tried it, but I think it could work. :)
