- Dinner Rolls. These are soft fluffy rolls that will compliment any meal from soup to a formal holiday dinner and they will earn the cook plenty of compliments. They are not fast, but they aren’t difficult either. With a little time and patience, anyone can make perfect rolls.
This is an extremely versatile dough. It can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen. The sugar can be adjusted radically to fit the meal they are being served with and to suit the tastes of the crowd you are feeding. There are endless possibilities for add-ins, such as garlic, Italian spices or cheese.
This dough makes great cinnamon rolls, buns, and bread bowls for soup. It even makes a good loaf of bread. These rolls are perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter Dinner. They make a Sunday Dinner really special and when you pair them with a pot of homemade soup, they are unforgettable. If you need a dish to take to a potluck or church dinner these will get plenty of attention and you aren’t likely to bring a crumb home.

Ingredients:
3 to 3 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 ¼ teaspoons Yeast (one packet)
2 tablespoons to ½ cup Sugar
4 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs

My first few attempts to make dinner rolls and loaf bread have begun in my elder years. I am 79 years old. After trying a few recipes, I’ve found that your dinner roll recipe has become the best and easiest for me! You are not a dummy. At 79 I am sure you have accomplished many great things - so compliment yourself for those things. I am 77-1/2 & starting Jan. 2022 I pressured canned chicken, turkey, beef, pork, pumpkin, white & sweet potatoes even Okra from our garden. Yes, also worked in the garden. Get worn out but have to keep going. Yes, RUclips has so many great channels with mouth-watering recipes. I write down those that I want to do in a notebook. I'm here October 2021. I just found your videos tonight. It's been rough this year but so far this month has been the worst. Everyone in my home tested positive for Covid. They have all been very sick. So far nobody has been sent to the hospital. I'm very thankful to God for that blessing. I'll be praying hard for everyone to feel better soon. I've binge watching your videos now for the last 2 hours I think. Your recipe all look amazing. Can't wait to try making them with my daughter once she's feeling better.

Part 1 I am grateful every single day, not once a year during Thanksgiving. My family is healthy, we do our part to stay healthy. Prior to this modern-day plague, we always wiped down our grocery carts prior to using them. My best friend who I call my wife and I both work from home. We enjoy each other's company.

Thank you so much, for a wonderful video, making my mouth water! Finally, I´ve written the recipe in my collection-notebook. About a scraper, small enough to be in a drawer, not taking up much space, I´ve had a piece of leftover from draught strips for under the doors of my home. The hard part is fixed against the door and the soft lower part prevents draught coming in. The leftover part works well as a scraper, and it costs maybe a few eurocents😉
For the first time in my life making yeast rolls with the whipped honey butter. I did use bread flour I only use White Lilly all flour. Thank You for helping me. I adore how you explain things I’m a watch and do kinda person. Thank You Lord for allowing me to find this sweet precious women to show me how to finally make the best yeast rolls EVER!. It thrills my heart that you take a stand for who took a horrible brutal death for my sins. If God before me than whom can be against me. Glory hallelujah that will preach.

I made these rolls yesterday. I hve previously tried yeast rolls but were never exactly like i wanted them to be. These turned out delicious. I think it was ur step by step instructions especially the kneading part that did it. Thx for ur help!
