    Technically, it’s not the *first* double-officer Rebel ship, right? Phoenix Home.

    Oh man, you posted this the DAY OF my local prime! There's a lot of helpful tips that would have helped, I still got 3rd place though! My brief thoughts, it's incredibly tanky if you build it right, and you really need to double arc to get the full damage potential.

    Where’s the “how to fly the SSD” video??

    I don't know about the unity's flak rules being useless. Being able to start working on Sloan swarms at long range seems pretty sweet.

    Are you going to make a "How to fly the MC-75" video?

    I like how this ship is a big deal to the game makers but never appeared in any of the movies!

    This may be wrong of me... but I want a rebel officer who is 2 to 3 points and acts as a discard on use engine tech. There have been so many times where I only needed the extra movement once on a ship... and for the Starhawk it would be amazing.

    i keep thinking the tractorbeam is frontarc bound. Its not, and that makes it infinitely better.

    When you do the lists theory, can you include objectives? Even if it’s just saying, “this 19 point bid is for first player”.

    Love this series! Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the double-arcing with a Starhawk a little less straightforward than the video would suggest? The yellow line-of-sight dots are set so far into the side arcs that it isn't simply a matter of making sure the hull zones line up. In the example where you nuke the Onager, it looks like you cannot trace a line from the right dot of the Starhawk to the front dot of the Onager. Therefore, wouldn't you only be able to take the front shot? Maybe the camera angle is just throwing me off. I had the same concern watching the first battle report with the Starhawk. Again, love all these vids!

      Glad you enjoy our videos.
      If you are the attacker, your own hullzones do not obstruct line of sight as per RRG page 7. It's actually something that gets brought up a lot for some reason.

    How do i fly the starhawk?
    Raddus. Nothing more terrifying than having this monster just appear behind your ships. Especially when its immediately revealing a nav token to drop to speed0 and snag something so it cant get away as easily, if it even survives the free double-arc.

    • @motf7552
      @motf7552  4 года назад +1

      The latest rule changes doesn't allow the starhawk to be dropped by Raddus unfortunately.

    • @vineheart01
      @vineheart01 4 года назад

      @@motf7552 What raddus change? im looking at the faq on the website labeled 14jun and it says nothing that would prevent this and i dont see a more recent faq that they simply forgot to put up there.
