Thats great! I personally have not had issues healing him buuut hearing bandages work is awesome especially if you are struggling with it plus it uses first aid so yippee!

You have either not done the Ringed deeps and main campaign or you are instance locked somehow

did you complete the main campaign, remember the mount drop is not guaranteed

You have to complete all in one go, it only takes around 15 min
I 'm level 80 and renown 5 and don't have access to the quest. Is there a step before you need to take to get into it?
not sure if you have somehow avoided the main campaign ? as you do have to complete the initial ringed deeps campaign
