yeah more than likely. I think if you begin the shadowlands story you can use an npc to skip all the intro and that might just open the portal at the top of oribos that takes you to zerith mortis. If not though I'm sure someone could just summon you there
If you never done shadowland story quest. I would recommend you do it. Because even if you get others to help summon you there, and then you set your hearthstone in zereth mortis. You can only use ground mount. To farm and camp the rares ideally you want flying unlocked.

The Red one also has a special effect similar to the Haunted Momento if you have it equipped or in your bags.

do all these rares spawn every day? for some reason the matriach just stands there and despawns no ads or portal appear
