I was just thinking before you mentioned it that this is the best camera work and lighting that I have ever seen on one of these "how to" videos. Thank you very much for that. Oh, BTW, the instruction was excellent.

Awesome vid! Had to replace mine as well. Unfortunately one of the nipples was broke off inside the frame. Had to have someone drill it out. Hey by the way you gave me advice on what software to use for my vids thanks! I’m on my third Final Cut Pro project. check them out when you have a minute looking for ideas etc.

Snap caps. or body armor/bulltet trap for your " safe direction...Other than that. Great video! Saved it in the gun folder

The first time was some hollow points then I switched to the 230gr dummy rounds. Besides, it’s too hot for body armor 🤣

Great video. You did a fantastic job. I wonder if my 1911 that's had ejector issues may have a to long ejector 🤔

Definitely worth a look! Could also be the extractor or a combination of both. The great thing about the 1911 is that it makes you work for it! 🤣🤣🤣

Hey Nobody, have you heard of the Alpha Foxtrot S15 1911, the craftsmanship put into the pistol is amazing. I have shot 1,500 rounds through it so far, it's been 100% reliable. The Alpha Foxtrot S15 1911 is an affordable version of the Wilson Combat SFX-9 3.25" Subcompact. I picked mine up for $1,300 and it's worth every dollar.

I’ve just seen pics of it but haven’t actually held one. Someday!
Did you buy it for ccw or just to add to the collection?

Don’t know how to send a pic on YT BUT I used a zip tie to hold my ejector down after cleaning and loctiting it😢. I only had Blue Loctite.

I’m gonna go ahead and flush mine at the rear like you did. The gunsmith did a great job on mine he even undercut it. But he did leave the end hanging out.

I’m surprised he didn’t ask you if you wanted him to do that. That’s weird. But it’s easy. Dremel cuts the time down like you wouldn’t believe. Filing the whole thing is for the birds!🤣
Right now I’m trying to plan what I’m going to do with this barrel. Like everything else about this Norinco, it has slop and a poor lockup. I have ideas of what I could do…for the first time 🤦🏼‍♂️. I’ll probably try to do it the hardest way possible first…then buy a new barrel!

@@nobodytraining yeah I got a dremel so I’m gonna just get to it. You gonna blue it or leave it silver? I kind of like the silver.
