    i'm not a trainer but as a friend who does workouts everyday, i'd like to recommend adding 30sec of "Jumping Jacks" at the beginning as warming up and also part of the workout. Thanks.

      Yeah same here. I skipped the 15 minute ab workout of Pamela for this but.. this didn't give me any burn. I do workout of Caroline Girvan for 1 hour nonstop, I guess that's why these exercises are now easy

    3/11/22 Hello, Today I completed 2 Months of 6 Pack Abs (Tabata). My Core is firmer and abs are forming. Thank You Louis, these 2 months of doing these exercises routine have taught me the following: Breathing, form, focus, stamina and complication.
    The longer I progressed with these exercises I began to see definite purpose in continuing training my body, muscles and mind. Thanks again Louis and your team for your videos. I’m 75 years young, coming off a heart attack and feel energetic to continue.

    Bonjour,
    Merci pour votre vidéo que je fais au quotidien. Ça a un vrai effet visible sur mon corps.
    Cependant la pub en plein milieu d'un exercice c'est pas top.
    Pourriez-vous la décaler à 6:00 durant un temps de pause, ça serait vraiment mieux !

    Going to do this for the first time. Already done with my 1 hour of AB, let's see how this one feels!
    Update: I did and the standing crunches didn't give me any burn😫😫what is wrong with my body? It just need more and more strength
    I'm doing this everyday, it refreshing actually ❤️

      사실 매일 하지는 않고 운동 갈 때 마다 했는데,
      이제는 다른 복부 운동과 바꿔 가며 하고 있어요.
      제가 해 보니 운동을 가든 안 가든 복부 운동을 하되 강도를 1,2,3 단계로 다르게 해서 매일 했을 때가 가장 효과가 좋았어요.
      알면서도 실천하기가 어렵네요.

    Is it recommended to do this everyday? because I’ve read that the muscle need some rest, at least 24h

      It depends on the person, maybe after a few weeks or a month you can do it everyday, but if you're just beginning it's ok with 2 or 3 times a week

      On such 10min excercises, you don't have to worry about rest. Rest is important if you train so hard, up to muscle failure, this is for body building. Here, this is fitness.

      @@sriramv6565 I don't know how many days but I've been doing this since Dec, my belly get smaller but not flat because I stopped when Jan start I'm stressed that time and all I did is to sleep and cry so now I'm starting again.
