i'm not a trainer but as a friend who does workouts everyday, i'd like to recommend adding 30sec of "Jumping Jacks" at the beginning as warming up and also part of the workout. Thanks.
Yeah same here. I skipped the 15 minute ab workout of Pamela for this but.. this didn't give me any burn. I do workout of Caroline Girvan for 1 hour nonstop, I guess that's why these exercises are now easy
3/11/22 Hello, Today I completed 2 Months of 6 Pack Abs (Tabata). My Core is firmer and abs are forming. Thank You Louis, these 2 months of doing these exercises routine have taught me the following: Breathing, form, focus, stamina and complication. The longer I progressed with these exercises I began to see definite purpose in continuing training my body, muscles and mind. Thanks again Louis and your team for your videos. I’m 75 years young, coming off a heart attack and feel energetic to continue.

On such 10min excercises, you don't have to worry about rest. Rest is important if you train so hard, up to muscle failure, this is for body building. Here, this is fitness.

It depends on the person, maybe after a few weeks or a month you can do it everyday, but if you're just beginning it's ok with 2 or 3 times a week
