Poor that!! Damaged the door snapping the lock and your cylinder in the nightlatch won't match the inside for the dead lock.

The deadlock was fine. I took it slow and steady as i always do when snapping a cylinder. I hate doing it but this one didn't want to come out. Both locks are the same colour but the euro has a brass core. Thanks for watching and for your comment. 👍👌

I believe he may be referring to the Euro cylinder, which has a brass core.

I always knock every one I’m told is empty
Had close call agent sent me to a (empty) to gain entry and change locks opened communal door and door to upstairs flat had a 110 on door with key in other side called agents and walked away
3 days later the tennant was arrested after stabbing a police man to death
Any other lock type wouldn’t known someone was in there

Yeah, I knocked on the door before recording. I've had it happen in the past where someone was still living there.
