You are very welcome dear Mona, the idea is to make it tasty and appetizing, and after all it is one pot meal easy to make and clean up afterwards. The key is to soak the lentils the night before and get rid of all the skins that cause gas. Have a great day😍
This is an extremely healthy meal. Lentils are super nutritious and in this combination, they turn into a dish that will suit anyone's dietary needs. Great presentation and well done!

Flatulence post eating lentil depends on the person. Moreover, the skin of lentils and other alike are fibers which our gastric system need for better functioning and are highly nutritious too.
What a delight especially that lentils are very good source of potassium and iron, very good for the heart and of course fiber. So perfect to have for breakfast. The way you made it makes it very tasty.
I have been eating them often for years, and I no longer get gas at all, same with other legumes! I will try to use your garnish ideas, looks delicious!
I can't wait to make it. I would have never thought to add mint but it makes so much sense especially now in summer. I like the way you chopped the onions and garlic, not to fine so they have shape and texture left at the end for the garnish. Lovely, thank you. Also thank you for the tip on soaking and getting the skins off. ❤

Hi! I sometimes keep progresso lentil and chick pea soup cans in case I need something fast for lunch. After seeing this video, I flavored that can of soup like your home made except for the fried onions, added onion powder. It was to die for!! Delicious!
