I'm thinking to myself, there's an extra broom over there, if it's a big deal, you can help out instead of being angry at me just because I happened to have more work to do for the day.

I’m a boss of 5 people and under no circumstances do I call/contact my staff when they’re out. Everyone needs their space to enjoy their personal time and I encourage it. It actually helps productivity and your own sanity. I have my own bosses to answer to and they respect my personal time as well.

This was with him knowing damn well that I wanted to work 20 hours and no more, while other staff members were begging him for more hours 😮💨
