Thought he was gonna pull a switcheroo on me.....nah, the client thought I was gonna be lacking every post but my boss knows I'm one of his top...3? Sooo turns out i just get another post to work. My god, this video reminds me of that day so much.

I have bad anxiety. I was terrified every time they called me. They never tell you what it's about either. It was really bad when they would tell me at the start of the shift that they needed to talk to me about something at the end of the shift. So you spend the whole shift worrying & stressing. Come to find out....they just want to know your vacation days 😂😂😂. I would always exhale when I found out it was just some bull----. Could have just asked me that earlier! I think managers know this...and they get a sick thrill from it.

Don't be hard on yourself about getting written up, I have seen people who were terrible workers not doing anything right, coming in late, leaving early almost never getting written up. And then you have people that get written up for the smallest thing possible. It all comes down to how your manager/boss feels about you. You can do everything right but if your boss don't like you they will find the tiniest thing to write you up over. Politics. It aint worth worrying about. But i seen folks having a panic attack in that chair.
