Thank you! I just ordered this figure and I’m glad to know that back area is removable with a bit of heat, looking forward to attempting this
(Edit): OK! So my neck peg hated me, I mean it was an easy process for almost everything, but that neck joint wasn’t giving… and it snapped with the bottom ball joint connector in tact, (Thank God) and thankfully I was able to repair it after attaching the new cape (The cape was a Mezco Batman Sovereign Knight variant that is highly possable and it’s leather like finish works well with the figure rather then contrasts with its amazing design), it was a bit stressful because I was like “Oh no I broke an expensive figure.” But I was trying to get the back piece off while doing all this, but I did have to loosen the whole back piece, it came off after the neck popped off. So it’s on, the figure is repaired, and I’m so satisfied that I did it, if I’d ever do it again, I’d look at all the points that I’d need to before going in and trying to take out a plastic cape piece again, if you buy a bootleg version practice on that one before buying the real thing and doing it, that’s just my recommendation. All in all this vid helped me a lot with modding my Batman, thanks again! 🙏🏻

Just payed for my cape yesterday. Got worried when you left the back pack on as I removed mine the first day I got it.

Should be able to if you adjust the peg hole size and/or length. I would check for you if I still had the figures.

I don't. However I recommend fabric glue or sewing if you can manage a needle okay

this is really cool!! I think I prefer the plastic cape personally I just thank the stylised cape really fits batman but I NEED to swap out magnetos cape
looks cheap in my eyes because of the material - i love the Original PieceCape - giving the figure a dramatic touch!
If you're referring to the thickness of the material, this is sitting under a 2100 lumen work lamp. A black hole is see through under this thing lol.
