With playoff officiating - players like Domi can perform better than Matthews at first line centre. To upgrade the Leafs - it only makes sense to move Matthews to the wing - where he likely will be an elite playoff winger. Matthews has (in 80% of his playoff games) been a playoff disappointment for almost a decade as a first line centre - same as the rest of the Leafs Core 4 in their roles. 😀 Maybe in a game 7 third period collapse this spring - finally the Leafs will win against Boston. 😀
