God that is stunning! The finger work is intricate & impeccable & the range of that voice... it leaves me breathless. These guys sing and play like breathing - with effortless class. They nailed this shit. I think this is now my preferred version. Seriously. I'm full of gratitude for these guys sharing their talents & for all the hours of practice they each put in together & individually to make the slick machine that is their performance possible.
Also...fkg represent real people!!! I love me a naturally balding man. I love me some real people. And I'm sick to death of the Cult of Personality expectation that performers look processed instead of natural. Or that they should be some kind of super-sexualized, polished, spray-tanned, veneered, ueber personality. Seems that applies to anyone in front of a lens these days(... talking to you RUclipsrs that my tween daughter watches :-( you don't need Snuffleupagus eyelashes in a reaction video.) I always knew that if i had an extra finger i would be able to break the barrier of recent to exceptional. Good cover. I liked it. I would buy an album of a bunch of 80's POP songs put to a much slower more soulful are arrangement. This would be a good start.
