Another great workout Tracy! I had to do a few cardio moves without weights because I am 30 weeks pregnant and need to watch my heartrate but it was a good challenge. Before this pregnancy I never used to do low impact workouts but I am really liking them because you keep them so fun and challenging. Thank you for helping me stay active throughout this pregnancy!

This workout really KILLED me, for some reason! 🤣I think I have become so used to doing the strength training workouts, that my muscles aren't used to these more endurance type of workouts anymore. Tells me I need to vary the type of workouts I do. But it was fun, and definitely got me sweating, and my HR was up there!

So today was supposed to be a rest day but I wanted to do something that was a fully body workout that was not too intense. This was not that workout-lol. Awesome workout and feel like I really accomplished something. The hardest move for me was the backwards lunge, lift the leg and fly. Had a hard time with balance. Awesome workout but I will know not to do this on a day that I want something easy-lol
That workout was not very barre to me but it was a killer total body workout! I loved the combinations of multimuscle group exercises and although low impact she did not skip out on the intensity! I will have to mentally prepare for her workouts lol thanks Tracy 😊😅💦💦💦
