    Loved this (from 2 years ago) low impact cardio barre workout to do it has been a while since I’ve done a barre cardio workout. 😃
    The excercises are super intense and great for balance and small muscle group along with light dumbells.
    I had a good and sweaty time.

    Love this barre and low impact cardio fusion. Your heart rate definitely gets up. I’m a sweaty mess. I love that your low impact exercises are high intensity. That’s hard to find. I love your workouts because no matter how much time I have, I know I’ll get the most bang for my buck. I need to do more of your barre routines. Thank you so much!

    Another great workout Tracy! I had to do a few cardio moves without weights because I am 30 weeks pregnant and need to watch my heartrate but it was a good challenge. Before this pregnancy I never used to do low impact workouts but I am really liking them because you keep them so fun and challenging. Thank you for helping me stay active throughout this pregnancy!

    I was worried that it might not be intense enough but it was great. I liked how you did a different cardio each time. That kept the pace moving and it was fun.

    This was the perfect Monday workout!! Really enjoyed it!! I actually got my 63 year old husband to do it with me. He is very fit but was sweating bullets haha. It was harder than he thought!! Thank you for another great workout!!! 😊❤️🥰

    This is great. I'm just getting back into your workouts 2 months post foot surgery so I'm sticking to low impact for now and this fits the bill perfectly. Love it

    Another fun workout! I liked the no repeat cardio. I made most of the cardio moves high impact because that is what I prefer while my body still can😊. I liked the barre moves, as well!

    Whew! This workout really KILLED me, for some reason! 🤣I think I have become so used to doing the strength training workouts, that my muscles aren't used to these more endurance type of workouts anymore. Tells me I need to vary the type of workouts I do. But it was fun, and definitely got me sweating, and my HR was up there!

    This was a tough, sweaty one! I felt like I got an arm workout. I used 2, 3 and 5 pound weights. They sure can feel heavy with 45 second intervals. Great workout Tracy!

    Low impact barre fusion, how hard can that be? With Tracy, it’s hard! But the right amount of hard. Sweaty and shaking but ready to go…both to start my day and to get some 2 and3 pound weights, those 5s killed me! 😅🙌🏼🏋🏻‍♀️👙🙌🏼💪🏼👸🎆💚

    So today was supposed to be a rest day but I wanted to do something that was a fully body workout that was not too intense. This was not that workout-lol. Awesome workout and feel like I really accomplished something. The hardest move for me was the backwards lunge, lift the leg and fly. Had a hard time with balance. Awesome workout but I will know not to do this on a day that I want something easy-lol

    That workout was not very barre to me but it was a killer total body workout! I loved the combinations of multimuscle group exercises and although low impact she did not skip out on the intensity! I will have to mentally prepare for her workouts lol thanks Tracy 😊😅💦💦💦
