Nate that was such a great video! I'm telling you've hit tv quality in content, voice overs, music and editing, not to mention camera work. Such an achievement! I'm so glad to have been part of your journey.
Never said this before I don’t think but I love that you switch up the music just about every time if not every video. Feels like a new episode and a new Nate experience when you put the work in to create great content like this. Really enjoy your stuff thank you Nate.
Great shots/ filming and editing! Taking notes!! 😄 Looks like an amazing time! While it was 80 degrees in WA we were in 50 degrees in Oregon; missed it too 🤦♀️ Great bunch of guys having fun and it showed! ❤️🐞
The mix between a walkthrough of the trail, driving techniques and cinematic shots wrapped up with the amazing storytelling makes this video too damn good!
Great video! I love it. You guys keep it real! I just love "we're not to proud to pull line" and "we did the trail without breaking or roll overs" Great tech info and driving tips along the way! Awesome. Glad I found your channel. Completely agree with everything weekend warrior said. Keep up the great work. I seriously cannot believe someone did a thumbs down?
Great trail video! Love the Toy vs Jeep banter (I own/wheel both), really enjoyed the focus on wheelbase vs obstacle talk, breaks up more what certain builds are better at instead of just brand loyalty!. Great work, Nate!
Hell yeah! No manual trans enthusiast is gonna be happy with an automatic - especially behind a lower HP powerplant like the 4.0 (which I adore and own 4 of, but power houses they are not)
I always enjoy watching off-roaders from different parts of the world because it shows that different terrains require different setups. My off-roading is mainly sand dunes, so swb and gas engines are usually the choice, but now I can see how lwb can be better.
Something about that 17 minute mark montage just makes me smile and appreciate the battle between nature and a couple guys having a fun day putting their rigs to the test. Can't wait to get myself there this summer.
Great camera work. Such an awesome video. looks like a ton of fun. Would love to see you guys make it to the southeast one day and work the mud and swamps. Would be a total culture shock.
Another Incredible Video! Your Camera placement is Amazing Always appreciate your Hard work on your videos!!!! Well done, Thanks for bringing us along!!!
I don’t know it’s me or something on those machines, but I can see your videos every single day. And the videos of muddybeards too! I have a tj and learn a lot with you gentleman’s! You guys are so humble and real.
The camera never does the trail any justice. I loved to see everyone working together to get to the end. Maybe you can talk to MC and get your Taco dialed in?! Great video and thanks for sharing!
Really cool seeing the Marlin Crawler Taco in action. I suspect now that you've got something in store from them in your Taco. Another great one Nate🍺👍
Found this video while surfing. Great job! I live in AZ. Lots of great trails here. Which im sure you know. After seeing that Tacoma preform on the trail, i have new hope for my 86 Bronco. I was concerned about the IFS. But it seems that with the right gear ratio, its not really an issue.
You hit it.., nothing like the smell of the desert after rain! Only thing better is no dust! :). Awesome video! I hope to make it there to wheel/ride dirt bike one day!
You guys found out why the normally grippy rock in that area is called "slick rock". The "slick rock" term that is used in Moab often confuses people. After all there is normally grip galore. But add a little rain, and bingo, you now know why it's called slick rock. The sand buildup on dry rock is the other condition that will cause "slick rock".
We were in Moab at the same time! The rain definitely made the trails interesting. That green clay turns to concrete if you don’t get it washed off pretty quick. You guys did awesome!
Dude, you really have a knack for making these videos. Keep it up. I love seeing a non-Jeep on the trail. That Toyota looks like it has some interesting things going on.
BigMike has my favorite IFS Tacoma that is for sure. It’s cool you guys could link up! Great vid, I’ve watched many moab videos over the years and have never seen a wet trail before.
This is outstanding ! Great footage, great narrative, great info, and man you’ve got some great friends. Love it !! One question - did you guys drive 2000 miles to Moab then ?
I'm a Jeep guy but I love that Taco. I've seen his video's on the Marlin Crawlers page. Left his winch at home... Did he also forget to turn his lockers on too? Seen him do some impressive stuff open.
One of your best videos brotha. Saving money for my RCLT and a taco box after seeing this taco do good along side Jeep’s. Can’t wait to see the kit on your taco as well
it rained on us on my first trail ever in moab about halfway through hells, definitely adds some pucker factor. compared to the midwest where rain is just rain, the mud gets muddier
Here in Tennessee and Alabama we have red clay and mud mix that with the slick rocks and rain it turns into the hardest wheeling ever, point in a direction and hope for the best sometimes it works sometimes we pull cable, either way it’s fun. Great video as always.
I really appreciate that you're not putting up 12 ads in a 30 min video the way so many other channels are doing.
I think from start to finish this was your best video to date.
Thank you!
Dude, your production quality is awesome. Thanks for the dirt church Sunday!
I’d rather be wheeling and thinking of God, than sitting in church thinking of wheeling!
@@tedecker3792 this for sure!
Thanks man!
Man, that tire placement at 25:15 your spotter is on f'ing point! Got you right in the absolute perfect spot. Looked like an awesome day!
Smartest man brings a umbrella, learned that lesson last year.
People from western Washington just accept its going to rain on them. In the region which is known as being rainy nobody uses an umbrella
Nate I love the slow motion shots. Looks like you can learn a lot by playing on slippery slopes, and you had the entire trail all to yourself.
Thanks! We didn't see anyone all day... it was almost perfect lol
Big Mike in his taco can do some amazing things.
That RCLT + tacobox 580:1 , just blows me away.
559 strong !

That's a gnarly trail!
Great shots/ filming and editing! Taking notes!! 😄 Looks like an amazing time!
While it was 80 degrees in WA we were in 50 degrees in Oregon; missed it too 🤦♀️
Great bunch of guys having fun and it showed! ❤️🐞
Thank you! It figures Washington has it's best weather when we leave lol
@IrishStew - We drove thru central Oregon to Crater Lake. Beautiful drive!
Great video! That Tacoma was awesome!
The mix between a walkthrough of the trail, driving techniques and cinematic shots wrapped up with the amazing storytelling makes this video too damn good!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Another great video. Looks like you all had fun!. I have seen other videos of that Marlin Crawler Tacoma. That is an amazing set up.
Thank you very much for watching! Unfortunately I have some folks that thumbs down every video lol. Can't please them all even if I try to 👍
Yes. Rain will make the rock stickier..AFTER it rains and dries.. lol
Fantastic video! Thanks to all of you for taking the time to film for our enjoyment. You guys ROCK 🙂
Great trail video! Love the Toy vs Jeep banter (I own/wheel both), really enjoyed the focus on wheelbase vs obstacle talk, breaks up more what certain builds are better at instead of just brand loyalty!. Great work, Nate!
Nate, Kelly---put a suck down attachment point on the front end for the winches! Kelly, do lower transfercase gears before going auto...
Hell yeah!

Thank you for joining us! Happy to have you 👊

4:59 A rare sighting of Nate in the wild wearing his hat forwards
😂
how did that controversial clip make it past editing
Great camera work. Such an awesome video. looks like a ton of fun. Would love to see you guys make it to the southeast one day and work the mud and swamps. Would be a total culture shock.
Welcome to Utah. Weather is wild. Glad you had a good time.
Kelly’s Jeep sliding out of frame at 18:19 was pretty funny. That’s one steep obstacle.
Looking forward to seeing you slap an RCLT on that Tacoma
35 min Wheeling video by Nate?! My day just got alot better!
Long time viewer and fan from Battle Ground, WA. Love all your videos but this one is very good for not being a technical/ how to. Thank you
totally loved this video Nate. As always well filmed and edited! And so rad you and your buddies got to do this trip!
Awesome video!!! Rain in Moab is a game changer! Nate what you think about IFS on that kind of terrain?
(18:00) this is literally some of the coolest stuff I’ve seen on RUclips!!! Nate, you are the MAN!!!
Another Incredible Video! Your Camera placement is Amazing Always appreciate your Hard work on your videos!!!! Well done, Thanks for bringing us along!!!

Well. Now, I want a second bite at Pritchett. Great work story editing, and bringing us all along on a great day on the trail.
Ha ha, I'm in California and I keep an umbrella in my Jeep also. Love that trail. Did it twice over EJS and following week.
Great job guys.
Been waiting to get home all day to watch this. Upset I'm late but better late than never.. Best part of the day is watching a new upload from Nate!
I can’t believe how slick the rain made it!!!! Who would’ve thought? I haven’t been on the slick rock during the rain. Great vid
Awesome video! Love the camera shots from the interior on a gimbal. Gives a better perspective of the angles from the drivers seat.
Absolutely! I can't wait for my RCLT 🤘 and now the Tacoma is getting 40s aswell lol
@@DirtLifestyle I'd love to get one on my 3rd gen 4Runner once they become available too 👍

Very nicely put together video! I love it!
Great videography, intelligent commentary....outstanding video! Makes me want to go back to Moab ASAP.

Always love your videos man! This one is top on my list of favorite videos!
Can’t wait to go here with my friends as well. Thanks for another awesome video!
Love that Taco Supreme!
Me too!
That was epic. I really enjoy you trail videos, glad to see your engine seems fine after the run away👍
You hit it.., nothing like the smell of the desert after rain! Only thing better is no dust! :). Awesome video! I hope to make it there to wheel/ride dirt bike one day!
Wheel base and gear ⚙ info is helpful to understand what works best. I enjoy the videos 📹. Keep up the good work.
Your narration of this video is pretty awesome. Especially the voice over.
One of your best in a long time Nate!
Awesome video and great choice on the soundtrack. Really adds to the action without being distracting.
Thanks man!
I love running Moab in the rain and snow...!!!
I'm not sure how you're driving your own rig and constantly hopping out to get all of these great shots. Nice work as always, Nate.
Lol luckily I have wheeling buddies who are very patient 😁
Great vid, beautiful scenery. Gotta get out there one of these days.

But add a little rain, and bingo, you now know why it's called slick rock. The sand buildup on dry rock is the other condition that will cause "slick rock".
It's also called "slick rock" from the early settlers because it was slippery for horses with their metal shoes.
Love that Taco 👍
This channel is Gold !!
Amazing video and editing 👏 👌 ❤
That looked like a hoot!! What a great bunch of guys!! Thanks
It was a Hoot! I'm very lucky to know such cool people 👍
Hay Nate ,good videos .I watched both, Capps walk around, on his Jeep , and Pritchett Cyn. informitive and fun to watch .thanks.
Awesome video Nate!! Can't wait to get to Moab!!!
This was a great video series Nate ! Cant wait until your next adventure .
Bring on the yota vs jeep rivalry. Saving to get my taco box btw 😁
Hoping for a Tacobox in a few years also
Already swapped my yn67 hilux with a 3rz complete with A340 tranny and chain drive t/case (V1FA). I have the R1FA ready for doubling.
If they ever stock it again. Been checking for a couple of years now.
@@Scavs_Inc think they had a sale on them just recently. Also saw Trailgear has one as well, but will wait to see the reviews.
Your videos just get better and BETTER !!!!!!!
We were in Moab at the same time! The rain definitely made the trails interesting. That green clay turns to concrete if you don’t get it washed off pretty quick. You guys did awesome!
I have a jeep but man my respect for the taco 💯‼️

From Washington state also (yakima) we completed pritchett in the rain !! Winching was needed 👍🏻

Thanks! Dude, I'm chomping at the bit to get ahold of that RCLT kit!
We just completed that trail in the rain also !! Crazy fun
Outstanding work! That is definitely different when it is wet!
Your editing skills are like best in class. Way to go
You know the Marlin decal alone...gives 33% more traction to the ground. Lol
Man that Taco is sweet!!
Another Great video and soundtrack! Thanks Nate, safe travels home.
Thank you!
Awesome video Nate!
it rained on us on my first trail ever in moab about halfway through hells, definitely adds some pucker factor. compared to the midwest where rain is just rain, the mud gets muddier
You Washington boy’s brought the rain with you 🤙
Turned out great, love the editing!
Liked the longer format vid. Entertaining ☔️
Thank you!
Great production quality, great music!
Awesome video,
I'd love to do that trail some day.
Ofcourse when it's not raining.
This is the first video I watched from Dirt Lifestyle thanks to my buddy Jared. Epic shit guys.
That was a great bump over the ledge at 12:40
Every time Nate opens his mouth... Weather gets worse.. Lol. Nice video! Thanks for sharing!
Lol
Awesome edits on the video! Can't wait to try this trail in my taco.

Leave it to the Pacific Northwest guys to bring rain at the desert. Hahaha!
Nate excellent video.
Thank you!
🤘🏽😎🇺🇲
Your vids rock. Pritchett rocks. Moab rocks 🤙all n all good stuff
Good video, I see you brought your Washington State rain cloud with you.🤗
Taco was the only that didn’t need a slow mo shot. Just 🌮 📦
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing!!!
Hell yes! That looked like a great time!
Very well done video, Nate!
