I can explain it in this way: i still may end up with a non-ibis camera, because canon is stubborn in not releasing one and since i have many canon lenses, for photo use a native mount is more ideal, and the performance of a camera otherwise can suit my needs. So, while ibis is a strong preference, i base my purchases on actual needs for professional use.
I use a M bracket that allows for a better ergonomic grip. I programmed the video button to the "M-fn" button to avoid accidently hitting the former video button.
What camera did you end up getting ? I have been thinking the g85 or g9. Special offer right now Panasonic will extend your one year warranty to 3 years. That’s hard to beat
After a long hassle, i ended up with a GH5. Just fits my needs (and hand) the best. I'll probably also get another canon at some point but none of the current aps-c mirror-less are to my liking.
When working professionally; having a camera that fits your hand, with a layout that is easily accessible, is an important factor when buying a camera. Your needs may be different.
Not to sound rude but if 4K and IBIS is important to you why bother to even look at this camera?

LOL 😂
@Vary Spiceh I know right it seems most content creators don't take that into consideration

I use the shutter button for on/off for video.
GH3 still looks sweet.
I have the 80D, M5 & M50, and I wouldn't trade them for anything. I am not a pro, but I do travel photo's.
Will you say the M50 is better than the M5?
Your special....
Gh3 still looking good !!
Sorry but how is M5 even comparable to A7 III? They both are in a totally different segment.
"Well, i dont really like the m5 and would prefer the a7iii or GH5"... FFS... You would prefer a 1200 or 2k body over a 500$ ... no sh*t !
Lol 😂

"Is it usable" what kind of terrible statement/title is that?
How is the continuous AF in your sigma lens? Does it give hit & miss stutter and make very slow AF?
Hello. I have the M50 and the Sigma lens, and it works perfectly... I am very happy for that purchase ;)
Hi dude, any portofolio with some samples took with M5 and that Sigma 17-50mm?
I also would like to see. I have the M50 and the same Sigma 17-50mm ;)
why spend your 1/3 your time on how you don't like the grip
How's the movo lense adapter compared to the canon adapter
felt just fine, lenses works as expected.
change job
wow so off putting everytime you look up at your script
half of your video is about your hand. I don't care how big or small is your hand.
