This video is a game-changer! It’s not just about her pulling away; it’s about finding the strength within to stay calm and confident. Focusing on yourself and letting go of the need for validation truly shifts the dynamic. Who else thinks this is the best advice for regaining your power
Thank you! There was an over abundance of powerful/ valuable mind set recommendations which were excellent. It takes PRACTICE to adopt these useful tips. To adopt to a new way of thinking is a process. It is not all black and white. With each new circumstance where new adoptive tips can be used, think, then use it. Practice makes perfect. I’m not perfect yet - but I’m getting damn close. Thank you 🙏🏿
The idea of embracing detachment hit me hard. It’s not easy, but knowing that real confidence comes from within makes all the difference. Sometimes, giving space and focusing on our purpose is exactly what we need. Anyone else here finding this advice helpful
In an estabkished r/ship, you directly address it but calmly. If it persists, you terminate the r/ship immediately and move on. She doesnt respect you so she isnt worth being invested in at THAT point.
In response to emotional distance, seeking control only creates more tension. The true power lies in embracing the freedom of letting go. When you release the need to control, you create space for growth and healing, allowing both you and your partner to reconnect on a deeper, more authentic level.
Morning all. I have a question if someone would be so kind. I am more than happy with all the points but I find point 10 somewhat contradictory. I am still meant to drop her a message or should I not be waiting for you her to do then respond when I’m available. For me this is still early stages but I went on a great training session this morning, first time I’ve picked my phone up and it’s 11am, I’ve got list of plans scheduled so understanding point 10 would be helpful.
Wow, the concept of 'being ready to walk away' is a real eye-opener. It’s a reminder that self-respect and knowing our worth are non-negotiable. This is the advice society doesn’t always share, but it’s exactly what we need to hear. Agree

How should one respond to emotional distance in a relationship-by seeking control, or embracing the freedom of letting go?

How you can comunicate if she dumped you, its makes you without value..
