If you’ve ever wanted to know more about how chakras are associated with different yoga postures, then you’ll enjoy this yoga class! We move through each chakra, beginning at the root chakra in downward facing dog and moving our way upward toward our crown chakra. Through each yoga posture, we remain engaged so that our energies can fire through the chakras to balance and align the entire chakra system. It’s also a great workout with some deep stretches, making it a good routine for mornings or for a quick workout. Join me on the mat for an all-around balancing hatha yoga practice.

Amazing how I feel after ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Nameste 🙏 this was the perfect little flow. Short and simple not to much since I haven't been doing yoga like I used to. For the last 3 years, I have gotten out of doing yoga every day because of a busy schedule with 2 special needs kids. Now, sometimes, when I try to get back into it, my brain goes blank. I can't think of any poses, let alone a sequence of them. I will keep coming back to this one and checking out more of your other videos thank you ❤
