Roman Koval they don’t live for the weekend. Some employees just count the days and have a “can’t wait for the weekend” mentality. (Just my opinion - could be wrong)
Mr. Cardone I really like your attitude and content but I can't understand how you keep motivating people to have their own business and not depending on jobs, yet you have so many employees you working for you!!
Do you have some other treatment with your employees to keep them with you?
Because sales is a lot more entrepreneurial than most jobs I'd suppose. Your in charge of your workload and clients pretty much.

.. I was thinking about that too and all I could come up with is... Belonging - some people really want to belong and they draw to where the energy most lifts them. Grant has the energy they are sold on his energy and therefore sold on his dream and desire (verb lol) to build that dream and possibility with him. Bit like my cousin he likes to belong. Had no siblings had no constants in his life. Grant is their constant. Disclaimer: just my opinion

This guy is nothing but a con artist. When shit hits the fan and the housing crash happens (which it will for sure, just a matter of when) this guy will claim bankruptcy on his "business" (which isn't tied to his personal assets) he won't lose anything but the small investors who are giving him their life savings will lose it all, they will lose all their money, relationships, families etc will be destroyed and who knows how many will committ suicide. But grant seems like the type of guy who wouldn't lose a second of sleep over it.
