I was recently pointed in your direction and you are slowly changing my life. My new goal is to pull myself and my 4 children out of poverty doing whatever I can to make it happen it truly is all about the mindset. In a year I will look back and owe it all to you!

The simplicity is beautiful. What I don't understand is how so many could watch this and not give it a thumbs up. The point--I am going to apply this. My little big problems are killing me. Changing the landscape to really big problems sounds like a lot more fun.

i was in a facebook group for motivational videos & pictures. A guy posted there, trying to sell some products from tai lopez (not affiliate with tai, he was working alone {also he was selling products from other people as well} ). I was curious, but not interested to buy At All. After few days of exchanging mails , this guy 'made me' want to buy his product. I asked him 'where you learned to sell, talk and make deals like this ?' he was the greatest sales person i ever met, not pushing with the product, but rising his value. He replied 'grant cardone'. Setting and achieving my 2023 Goals
I invest in real estate, and have 3 units that cashflow nicely, and have a low stress, albeit quite low paying job on the side; subsidizing my investments. Ive always wanted to have a couple more units and create a nice life for myself, maybe making about $100k a year. After watching your videoes I have completely changed my goals. Lets make it 50 units instead of 5. And a million instead of a 100k.

Forget about clipping coupons, scouring deal sites for stuff you didn't even had in mind in the first place. Focus on goals that change your life. If it isn't going to change your life, you are not going to change your life.

I guess one has to sit down, with a cup of tea or coffee, for a LONG, LONG TIME, and then come up with a plan .....and then just ....GET STARTED, because that is most difficult thing but also the most IMPORTANT. Thank you Grant, I love your dedication and your enthusiasm.

- Every goal worth having is achievable to begin with

I think the idea is that having those bigger dreams makes you subconsciously do things everyday and notice more opportunities that inch you towards the reality you want. Of course having the money in the first place makes those dreams more believable but it's like a feedback mechanism.
Listen to more of his stuff. He also talks about achieving lower goals then inching your way to the big ones. But you gotta have a big dream then inch your way to it.
