My late father worked for the Trumps. Although it was only a the property maintenance of a couple of his apartment complexes and nothing huge, he had met his father a couple of times and always said they were the best people he’s worked for. Always took care of you, always got paid fair or better and always on time. My father was one of those men that the world almost doesn’t make anymore and he loved Donald Trump. My brother to was named Frederick and I also was born in Queens NY, but raised in Lower Manhattan 2 bridges. I designed and renovated it so well, I got tenants that totally offset the mortgage and maintenance cost and eventually sold it for $3 Million. i have since downsized at a healthy 71 and found myself living in a condo facing Trump's Hollywood condos in Florida (totally by accident). Think & Grow Rich by Neapolitan Hill got me first addicted to becoming an entrepreneur in the late 70's and I now have a US Government Patent, failed & succeeded at 4 different businesses, voted into this years Marquise Who's Who of American Entrepreneurs, have 3 healthy grown children and voted for a Republican for the 1st time in 2016 that got me thrown outa Harlem. My late father worked for the Trumps. Although it was only a the property maintenance of a couple of his apartment complexes and nothing huge, he had met his father a couple of times and always said they were the best people he’s worked for. Always took care of you, always got
paid fair or better and always on time. My father was one of those men that the world almost doesn’t make anymore and he loved Donald Trump. You have to appreciate him for who and what he is. Everyone forgets who he was and still is and what he’s done over the past X amount of decades and looks at what the media says since running for office. it’s a shame bc they’ve turned so many people on someone who was always known for what he really is to someone they want to show him as for political gain. My brother to was named Frederick and I also was born in Queens NY, but raised in Lower Manhattan 2 bridges.
In my case my brother was obese, had a speech impediment and made me very conscience of my food intake.
Trump inspired me in the 70's because I also had a passion for fixing up apartments ( I delivered Sunday newspapers to the folk on Park Avenue and was allowed to enter those art decor pre-world war 2 townhouses). My first purchase was a insider co-op buy of a studio apartment, then a 1 bedroom condo, 2 bedroom condo and eventual found myself purchasing a Harlem brownstone crack-house for a song & a dance.
I designed and renovated it so well, I got tenants that totally offset the mortgage and maintenance cost and eventually sold it for $3 Million.
i have since downsized at a healthy 71 and found myself living in a condo facing Trump's Hollywood condos in Florida (totally by accident). Think & Grow Rich by Neapolitan Hill got me first addicted to becoming an entrepreneur in the late 70's and I now have a US Government Patent, failed & succeeded at 4 different businesses, voted into this years Marquise Who's Who of American Entrepreneurs, have 3 healthy grown children and voted for a Republican for the 1st time in 2016 that got me thrown outa Harlem.
