I saw my mother struggling since 2012 to lose fat. Late pregnancy (at the age of 35) changed how she looked.
I never gave her journey a thaught as I was always busy in my studies and career.
This pandemic lockdown gave me enough time for all such things. I came to know that she is amazingly strong and efficient for her age. It tells how she always worked hard but still never reached her goal in these 9 years.
As you said education is the key. I have started Educating my maa and we are able to see amazing results within few months.
But, regretting... I should have done this earlier.....
I want to thank you for making such amazing video. I will always be sharing it to womens like my mother.❤️

Finally someone is sticking to science and not promoting fads esp related to food...being a doctor I can say that's comendable.. One correction- the cardio does burn fat at that very time but also increases your basal metabolic rate which does help a lot in long run..so it's not limited to the time u are doing it. Ur final point of workout making one a better person is spot on. People need to realise this more importantly than just looking good

Omg!u completely resonate with me. I never believed in paying for gyms/fitness trainers/diet plans. I understood this long back that they don't have enough knowledge and that I just need to understand basic concepts about food!
It took me few months to get the whole food game right.. and I also took up international workouts and did this whole "home workout"setup. And it worked👍!
And yes, just cardio doesn’t,will NOT help. It has to be strength training as well.
This entire formula worked and here I am, 15kgs lighter and stronger💪

I can't completely get rid off sugar I have 1 cup of evening tea everyday but yes that's it. Only then sugar goes in my body. I do exercise daily a lot of exercise. 🙂 And I also follow diet but I eat chips once a week and some deep fried thing ( homemade ) once a week .. 🙂 I loose 1 kg per month. 😃

Thank you! It's so nice to see someone who tells you that all progress comes from a healthy diet! I've been lifting weights for a year now, I'm down 20lbs and I cook about 98% of the food I eat. I constantly see women in the gym killing them selves with cardio and seeing no results. Even friends of mine do the same, and I always tell them it is the food you put in your body. No one ever seems to want to make that lifestyle change. We've been fed this idea that cookies and chips, fast food are okay but they give us no nutritional benefit.

Thanks for this type of content.
    Thank you so much sir.
It is very difficult to make people understand that weight training by women will not results in bulky body.
Even people around me ask (taunt) " weight training kya krni ladki ko etc.. mardana body ho jyegi"
And now I can share with them, educate them about the topic through this video..
I have seen aged women around me( in family also) they tend to lose bone density & poor muscle health but they are not willing to devote some time to exercise.

Hey Ranveer, Your channel has really motivated me to take up weight training. Like many other women, I have always focussed on cardio exercises to remain fit. Could you do a video on basic weight training exercises that can be done at home? That would be very helpful to me and many other women too. Also, being fit means being healthy, and I can say that from my personal experiences too. Keep up your good work and keep making those scientifically backed fitness content videos.

Weight training is going to be my target.Agreed Bhaiyya..I've gained 6 kilos from 47-53 kg in 2 years as a student..I used to play badminton but gave that up for 6 months during my CS prep..the attempt is in Dec 2022 and here I am in November 2022 weighing 53 kgs, all because of sitting throughout the day.
I was quite proud of never being over 47.5 kilos and now am seriously considering working out.
Sitting is so horrible 😫 😞, as a student I eat only home made food but Because of frequently feeling hungry I used to eat chips and junk food like naans, shawarma rolls and restaurant style mix veg...after watching this video I realised what a horrible mistake it was!
With my exams the next month.. I need to be fit because I get tendonitis in my right hand due to the excessive writing and a lot of upper back pain resulting from sitting all day..
At the age of 19 ..this is not how fellow girls from other countries are like..
I'm going to give up sweets and chips and exercise at all costs. I can't join the gym but I'll stretch more and run on the stairs.

Great video! I am a big believer that how our body looks is 80% our food and 20% exerice. Control how much we eat. Have a balanced diet, eat what you like just control to eat just a little bit less...Feel satisfied but not full. And 20% how active we are, just walk a little bit more Or weight lifting...any activity that you enjoy.

  • @rheasingh9493

This video is basically a summary of everything I've learned over the years, through mistakes and researching. I can completely attest to this.
I think in addition to what he's said people need to also understand that being on a healthy diet means eating nutritious food more and also in moderation, such that you don't feel hungry. It's not at all about not eating or eating very little that you starve yourself. I think, this is a big misconception which surprisingly not just women but I've come across guys following those crazy diets which does you more harm and no good.
The biggest thing I've achieved is probably boosting my confidence once I started incorporating strength training. You feel more independent and needn't rely on someone else to do the heavy lifting (not that it's wrong but why not depend less? ) and also end up assisting other people too.
I think the first and only thought that anybody should have is workout to get fit and not to become " thin" as per societal norms. I've met guys and girls who've teased me implying that I'm fat just because I am fit and not " thin". So, do it for yourself and not for others. I'd rather be strong than weak and please myself than such kinds of people. So, ladies! Kick ass with this amazing video! Thank you for this! Immensely happy to watch this because there aren't many Indian fitness trainers who have uploaded the right content .
