Thank you for posting this incredibly easy, yet very demanding workout! I had a knee surgery, so every workout that involves jumping or twisting of your legs is out of question for me - this just straight away takes out most of the workout posted on RUclips. Yours is incredibly easy to follow, since all the exercises are pretty common. The rotation are ordered extremely well too, you don't get dizzy from looking down the whole time for example. This is a wonderful workout to get into sports again after surgery!

Day 1- done! (side note: god I'm unfit) (115 carbs)
Day 2- done! (somehow easier but g o d still tired) (125 carbs)
Day 3- done! (burn :>) (117 carbs)
Day 4- done! (omg why is it HARDER) (105 carbs)
Day 5- full body 15 min. Toning (105 carbs)
Day 6- full body 15 min. Toning (125 carbs)
Day 7- This + 15 min. Full-body toning (115 carbs)
Week 2: +arm & leg & ab workouts
Day 1- done! (115 carbs)
Day 2- Only 1/2 of the vid + 60s wall sit :< (108 carbs)
Day 3- dammit only half again +60s wall sit :(( (105 carbs)
Day 4- 15 min. Full-body toning (110 carbs)
Day 5- 15 min. Full-body toning (135 carbs)
Day 6- 15 min. Full-body toning (129 carbs)
Day 7- Rest Day+ stretching (138 carbs)
Week 3: +arm & leg workouts
Day 1- done! (holy shit its h a r d e r ?) (115 carbs)
Day 2- I hate to say this especially since it's the last week but I don't have the motivation to excercise and this routine doesnt feel as effective? or Idk maybe it's just me- I've decided to only do the arm, leg, and ab workouts with the bright side 5 min. plank video.. (150 carbs)
Day 3- done! (95 carbs)
Day 4- full-body toning (i forgot to count :(( )
Day 5- full-body toning (125 carbs)
Day 6-rest
Day 7- full-body toning
Results:

good job for working out for three straight weeks! even if you didn’t see all the results you intended, it’s still great that you’re moving your body.
