I never coment on videos, but you definitely deserve to know how good your workouts are, it wasn't hard to perform the exercises but I felt a major burn (maybe I didn't get tired quickly because I am in quite a good shape, but regardless of that I think it is even suitable for beginners if they won't do anything else afterwards). You are amazing, thanks God that Tamara recommended you in one of her videos❤️❤️❤️

Schade, dass die Zeiten, in denen man ein 22 min Workout hier einfach durchmachen konnte, vorbei sind. 4 Mal Werbung in der kurzen Zeit, sind mir leider too much und die Unterbrechungen mitten in den Übungen echt blöd :(

What are your main tips to not get injuries in jump lunge? Or not lose the balance?

@@Lolah123 thank you. The trouble, for me is that I lose the balance when landing and sometimes my ankle hurts. Maybe is it lack of coordination? (P.S.: I am an active person and I am used with pliometrics, double unders, jump squat, etc. but jump lunges are very tough to me)
@@natieportman8311 it could be your shoes maybe, if they are not tight enough around your ankle (but not too tight) you could be losing balance when landing.

Sorry, but for me this has nothinng to do with a HIIT workout - that's more like an active pilates workout. Look up some HIIT workouts by FitnessBlender, that's the sweatsession I signed up for!
