This was the very first song I heard written by Paul Simon. I've been in love him ever since then. That was in 1969. I have collected all of his song up to now.

Paul Simon is my favorite songwriter and this song is one of the best songs written of all time. The lyrics are more poigniant now than ever.

One of the best songs ever written! I didn't remember that Paul Simon did this originally. I was turned onto it through Disturbed. I love this D and every cover every created! Such a wonderful creation through and through!
I think Simon sang this song with Garfunkel. I want to hear that next. And yes, Disturbed was awesome on covering this song.

Listening to this version again after many years of listening to Simon & Art's version is a tremendous joy.
It has made me look for parallel versions like the one by Disturbed, or Pentatonix, or the recent one by Tom Ball (this version is amazing), on America's Got Talent... But like the original and the first ones in conjunction with Art Garfunkel, none...

@jyork5004 This is just Paul's acoustic guitar and voice. It is so pure and Raw. He puts so much into it. The disturbed version is solid. But it can't touch this version or the original.

I love Simon & Garfunkel "Full Stop"! But you should acknowledge the Spectacular Covers of your song! Disturbed's version, OMG I Wept and to this day!
