I am getting a vertical sleeve surgery in the US in December, I currently weigh 127kgs it’s been hard to lose the weight on my own, though I have a gym membership and suffer from PCOS which makes things less interesting 😀 with my hormones always on a roller coaster,I am tempted to start a RUclips channel to document my journey, I can’t wait to start a new healthier life, thanks for sharing this👏🏾

Thanks for the weight loss tip. I also underwent a bowel resection (small intestine) and absorption of B12 through food is almost next to none but receive the shots as needed. My body gains fat but not as much as I would if I hadn't had the surgery but I need toning except I'm not feeling motivated last 2 months at working out.

Went to the doctors, had gerd, am on a weightloss journey its freaking challenging but am loosing weight on a very strict diet.If I could afford what you did i would but for now Thank you for keeping it 100. Love you.

Definitely not a short cut! It still requires self control and discipline. Wow. Wish I could go this route. Such a struggle. I have lost weight before and gained and lost and regained (story of my life). I love the gym and I can certainly reduce portions with the knowledge I have done the procedure as motivation. Mmmhh I’m just like you when stressed; I eat and eat and now it seems I get stressed quite a lot 😫😩. Full time student and mother and wife 🙆🏽♀️. My sweet tooth doesn’t help! #sigh. Am in UK am thinking of having a lap band it's a key hole surgery. I.e no open surgery but an incision and part of your stomach is tied. Am quite nervous but you hv given me strength to try it.
Cut sugar, wheat, starchy food, cook with olive oil, avoid candy, replace salt with sea salt, use olive oil, n do bodyweight exercise, but this method is slow, u should be patient.
