- I took an impromptu trip to Cornwall to speak to people who live here about stuff that's going on in their world. Here's Part 2, we spend some time with Keith from Freeriders, the legendary and long-lived surf shop in Falmouth. #Falmouth #Surf #Cornwall

From Harry Potter's wand to breakdown insurance. Geoff covers everything.
We are covering a lot in this video series :)
What the He'll. Keith.. from Keith. I'm from Redruth. But raised in Plymouth. Loved Falmouth. I use to surf there in my teens. Newquay. Padstow. So glad to see Keith's still going.. a bit different living on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia.. for the last 28 years. And the house prices over here are the same. A hell of a of locals are homeless and have had to move on.. the whole world needs a kick up the arse! People have a look at. Australia One party. The only one with any nobody since. Love your work Geoff.
As a fellow lover of Cornwall ( 2 weeks every year, growing up) .
Very enjoyable mini series !!
Best surf shop in the world hands down!!! Keith is a living legend and piece of cornish surfing history.
Such a great store and honest gentleman that runs it, keep up the good work Keith 🤙🏼
Nice, one dude, another great video
Spent two summers in Newquay in the 60s absolutely loved my time spent on Fistral beach long boards then, worked as a KP Ahh the memories.
Oh just when i didn't have anything to watch geoff saves the night
I'm having a late one so you might as well, got a bit more coming....
@@GeoffBuysCars perfect ! I'm in the workshop (very understanding wife) working on what will be my new daily driver, vw LT35 it's like it's been sealed In one of those bubbles you put classic cars in for 40 years
@@harryfellowes5148 Had one of those as a firms delivery van years ago, 1979 model iirc. 2.5 ltr Perkins diesel lump that went like shit off a shovel. The firm was a Swedish owned firm hat was part of a humungous conglomorate group that included AC Delco and loads of other well known auto parts firms. They used to supply pattern parts for VW/Audis and later branched into other marques. Every vehicle in their smallish fleet had been ' breathed on ' by one the top Swedish tuning mobs. The LT 35 I drove could easily top a ton and wheelspin in third if empty. I enjoyed working there
I really miss living in Falmouth it was bloody lovely, but things change.
Fantastic
That wasn't you Geoff we know your a wizard with photo shop 😂
"Geoff surfs shops. Still RUclips's most boring surf channel" :D
Got some varied content coming from this trip but it'll all get pinned back to cars in the end :)
It's now Geoff buys surf boards......😅

Love Falmouth, spent many happy years near there, but now many years ago. Lost my cherry on Swanpool beach one evening too long ago to remember, my son met his (now) wife at Falmouth uni, we've all been forced to leave and now live in different amd cheaper parts of the country
Geoff buys surf boards?
